Antony Mackie carried this whole film and did a great job! Sorry but everyone else in it did their best but wasn't written into the film in any way that made you care about them. Jamie Dornan is a very good actor but just didn't have much of a part which he should have had more interaction with Anthony's character. Ally Ioannides character was two dimensions couldn't see rushing off to save her the story lacked a back story on her. Plus didn't like the taking the dog and forgetting to grab him to bring back or unable to bring back it wasn't clear; poorly written all around for many of the characters. But again loved Anthony Mackie's portrayal so I enjoyed the afternoon watching this movie.

Jude Law and Carrie Coon are amazing actors but this movie was beyond boring to me. The big talker who has always got his head in the clouds, using a poor childhood to justify being a huge liar is just not interesting to me at all! I do credit that the class crap in England is ridiculous and glad they touched on it a bit but it didn't go far enough. In the end I was glad the cabbie made him walk I had hoped Carrie would have run over with the car just to make it interesting but nope it's just more of the same. The family has to endure this mess of a life! What a depressing life best left not seen! Sorry I tried to get into it but I just couldn't! The poor kids it's just tragic. Nothing worse than someone who can't get their act together and no I do not want to see even a glimpse of this type of life! Even with great actors to try to make it interesting it just isn't! Yawn!

This film is very moving just thinking how someone has such power over another to do unspeakable things it's a real horror story for certain and the fact is it is still going on! We all have to know systemic racism exists and people are hurting and dying so stop pretending it's not a massive horror and it needs addressing! This has to stop and we as a society have to stand up for change so that all people have the same rights and benefits the same piece of the pie! Let's do it because it's got to be done we all know what is right don't pretend you don't! Stop racism now! Start respecting others!

Good solid performances by all involved just a good interesting afternoon thriller. Nikolaj Coster-Waldau Is a really good actor and brings his role to life. The story itself is lacking details like we never find out why the killer does what he does or anything about his reasons for the surgeries on his victims. The sheriff played by Annabelle Wallis is also a rather spotty back story though we understand her a bit more than the killer. All in all wish they had spent more effort is telling the story but it's a pretty good film.

Bill Skarsgård's Tormented soul portrayal of wars costs and religions crutch is Oscar worthy as is Tom Holland's the affected son if Bill. Deep small town Bible Belt living and the toll it takes on those who aren't fitting in is shown in all its soul crushing sorrow. Remarkable acting by all involved and beautifully shot in a gruesome picturesque setting. I recommend this deeply moving movie.

The Rhythm section is a one woman show which Blake Lively delivers in a new way. She is a heartbroken girl who lost her family and trains to get revenge. Jude Law is a harsh trainer very believable on his role. I love that Blake always looks amazing whether blonde, brunette or red headed. She is such a good actress her junkie beginning in the film is just as believable as her high priced call girl in the middle but what I most liked about this film is it's very realistic! She doesn't just spin a guy and kill him she fights for her life as much as her prey does. I love how it's not easy for her to kill unless she ends up having to do it and most love how much she's learned after it's done! She's come a long way, now sober and knowing that the assassin life is not for her, I think this smart woman can now join the world again and live.

Ewan MacGregor and Ashley Judd where so interesting in this film. I felt like I was the eye trying to understand it! Ewan becomes obsessed with Ashley after watching her killing people and crying about her dad. Having lost his wife and child somehow, not explained, he begins to relate to Ashley as his lost daughter or love not sure. If this review is confusing you that's how the movie makes you feel. I liked the look and feel of the show and all the very different looks Ashley pulled off beautifully but yes I'm left with having to say it's just passably good over all. Ewan quits his job but acts like he didn't and KD Lang's role was equally strange was she in love with Ewan, just a friend? I didn't think she tied everything together like her role required. Still I enjoyed it.
