Axe Giant: The Wrath of Paul Bunyan (2013)
Beyond horrible
None of these actors should ever be allowed in front of a camera again, I hate that they still give Joe Estevezs work just because his brother is Martin Sheen. Seriously some of the worst acting I have ever seen. Amber Connor was the worst of the bunch, I have never watched a movie before that an actors acting was so bad it actually made mad. The look on her face when her dad showed up towards the end was some of the worst acting in the history of acting. I love campy horror, this isn't even that, it is just bad. The special fx are utter crap also, I hope that the fx company listed is a fake and they don't really list this excrement in their portfolio. This movie makes I spit on your grave seem like cinematic genius.
7 gwanggu (2011)
OK production/bad everything else
6/10 production 3/10 script 4/10 acting
The over acting makes me think of movies out of the 1930's, always over expressing everything. Like the stupid shot of her giving a thumbs up when they set the pipe at the beginning or the moronic guy with the little fish that gets bit on the lip. Not a single person acts like a real person would act. I certainly hope they wouldn't let someone a mentally impaired as they make him out to be on a oil rig. I guess that wasn't as annoying as the casually sexist comments, like the doctor that can't tell the woman and the man apart... Are you kidding me? Better production than Syfy channel, but that's about it. How anyone can say this is a good film is beyond me, but then again I remember when "The Host" won all those awards and it was crap also.
Mamula (2014)
Horrible writing
If you want to laugh at something then this is it, but if you want a good horror this isn't it. If you are looking for a movie that you can sit and make fun of with your friends then this is a good one for that but the story really doesn't make sense in a lot of parts. Huge plot holes, as bad as Syfy channel in most ways. Bad writing, bad acting, bad score, mediocre directing but actually decent camera work though so production wasn't all bad. The cinematography was done well even if the direction of shot wasn't always the wisest choice, but that goes back to poor directing and not bad camera work. I can understand Kristina Klebe being in a movie like this because everyone needs work, but she also helped produce this drivel and for that she should be ashamed.
