30 Nights (2018)
Pretty Funny
This film was much funnier that I expected and the two main characters had an excellent comic timing together. Well worth watching but be warned don't try everything at home.
Blue Iguana (2018)
Nothing Original But A Lot Of Fun
Take a pinch of Oceans Eleven, mix in a decent sprinkle of Lock Stock & Two Smoking Barrells and you've got Blue Iguana. Nothing overly original and yet very quirky , strange, and odd in it's own unique way. A funny film and unexpectedly violent when it decides to be. I particularly enjoyed seeing Peter Ferdinando in more of a comic role. Sam Rockwell is at his usual best.

You Won't Be Disappointed
I must admit I didn't come into this one with huge expectations. I didn't know the main actor outside of recognising him from Eddie The Eagle and a small part in Vikings. At first glance he doesn't seem like the type of actor that could lead a film like this but when you watch the movie it makes sense for his character. Actually the more I watched this movie the more I liked it. It's beautifully shot, the score has that epic feel, the battle scenes are all well choreographed. A really good effort all round and well worth a watch.
Zoo (2017)
Wonderful Family Film
With two young children we are always on the look out for a film to watch as a family. Zoo was the perfect choice. It is easy for young children to relate and connect to the central characters in this movie. It also gives children today an insight into what life was like for those caught living through WWII. There are some very sad moments but it is also genuinely funny and one of the most uplifting films I've seen in a long time.
Romans (2017)
Orlando Bloom Was Intense
This is an incredibly topical film with all that has come to light over the last couple of decades. Orlando Bloom was incredible in this part. He holds your full attention from start to finish and has no trouble portraying the full scope of emotions his character is dealing with. This film deserves to be seen by a much wider audience than it's limited release will grant it.
