The Internship (2013)
A charming comedy
I love the story about the power of positivity and determination! Definitely a feel good film with surprising amounts of relatable humor.
Walking Papers (2019)
A great short showing off West Texas
They could not have captured the landscape of West Texas better. The story did not at all develop the way that I thought it would, and that made for a very pleasant story. 100% worth the watch!
Premonition (2007)
Depends on how you look at it
If you watch this movie as a story of how a woman with depression emotionally copes day to day with the changing uncertainty of the future- this is a fantastic movie.
If you watch this movie as a story about predestination vs. free will- this is a pretty good movie!
If you watch this for a puzzle movie that has a straightforward explanation and no plot holes, not so much. The writing could have been better (the ways they picked to advance the storyline felt forced at times).
Depends on the mindset going on how you will feel about it at the end!
The Social Dilemma (2020)
Opened my eyes
Trust the sources of this information. They have nothing to gain by telling us this information. The LITERAL founders of these companies, who know the inner workings. These people are worth listening to and believing. I think every human needs to watch it.
Rewind (2019)
I don't rate movies, but this was a masterpiece.
Haunting, gutting, uncomfortable, devastating, and yet it pours out hope and displays the best of humanity all the same. So beautifully well done, in the storytelling and also the cinematography. This needs to be seen by everyone.
P.S If you like "Fear of 13", then this is 100% your speed.
