Bodies (2023)
Weird... but brilliant!
Well, I've binged all eight episodes and I can honestly say I thoroughly enjoyed this show.
As with all shows/films with a 'time travel' element, you can't over think it or ask too many questions.
Each episode left me wanting more and on the edge of my seat wanting to know what the heck was going on! Lots of twists and turns and 'a-ha' moments!
I found it really interesting watching a show that spanned so many different time periods too.
I liked all the characters (the ones I was meant to anyway) and I thought the acting was good throughout. Stephen Graham did a good job of coving his Liverpool accent.
I am actually quite gutted it's over!

Makes all Aussie men look like a bunch of hillbilly rednecks with no emotional intelligence or self control... But apart from that, I liked it.
Beginning is pretty gruesome and sets the stage well. Rather than following Mick Taylor on his killing spree, it follows a victim in search of revenge. I probably would have preferred it to have focused more on Mick and his crimes but the main protagonist is good and the acting is great.
The Handmaid's Tale (2017)
9 stars are based on seasons 1 & 2
Seasons 1 and 2 were absolutely brilliant. They had some gut wrenching scenes and even after I switched off, I couldn't stop thinking about it. There was so much pain, tragedy and angst... The cinematography and score is beautiful through all seasons. Season 3 was completely different to the first two though - so slow and boring until the last couple of episodes. Also, they completely changed June's character and she became less likeable and relatable. The sneering and eye twitching drove me crazy! I'd probably only rate season 3 at 4 stars. Such a shame. I hope season 4 is better...
