Thor: Love and Thunder (2022)
Tacky Why?-titi
This might really be the final nail in the coffin that once was Marvel. Terrible storyline, a dumbed-down Thor, slapstick humor and crappy character development.
Why do they keep doing this? Surely they must make more money doing good movies?
But I guess the ideology is more important.
Good thing I made sure Disney didn't get a cent from me watching this abomination.
A shame how a once great franchise destroyed themselves in the name of wokeness. I truly hope that someone with some guts to stand up against the Hollywood mafia will turn this ship around and start producing quality content again.
But since they have zero problem spitting on the legacy of greats like Stan Lee and Tolkien I somehow doubt it.
And the goats, that got old real fast. Learn when to end a joke for heavens sake man.
The Rememberer (2019)
New Age scam - as always
Don't waste your time on this charlatan. If you take this scammer serious you have some deep problems, and should seek professional help as soon as possible.
What an utter load of garbage this scumbag spews from his lying mouth. He should be ashamed of himself for praying on the weak-minded. A cold prison cell is where he belongs.
And if you in any way support him you are equally guilty.
The Northman (2022)
A true image of the viking era - finally
At last someone made a film about the viking era that is factual and true. I've asked myself so many times, being a Scandinavian and all, why nobody ever made a good viking film?
Well, now it's finally here.
We learn alot about our viking ancestors in school, so it's awesome to see it play out on the big screen.
I loved Eggers since The VVitch, so this is a treat.
As a side note; if you love the viking era, you should really read the book "Röde Orm" by Frans G Bengtsson. If you can find it in your language it's a must-read on the subject.
Loki (2021)
Finally! A great MCU series.
Yes! This is actually great. I was a bit worried after the dissaster with Falcon & the Winter soldier. Sure, Wanda/Vision actally turned out allright in the last 2 episodes. But it wasn't great.
This is. No PC bullshit, no sloppy acting. Just a great script and even better chemistry between Wilson and Middleton.
Marvel is back to being Marvel, not Disney.
Good job!
Pacific Rim Uprising (2018)
The leftist agenda strikes again.
You got your persons of color, your lesbians and women heroes.
The most luggable thing in the movie however is that a 10-year old girl is supposed to have built a a 50-tonne 100 ft jaeger by herself.
That is just preppstreous. Only a truly deranged and insane script writer would come up with such a moronic script.
This movie sucks. Bad acting and ridiculous dialoge. Effekts are the only thing that is watchable.
The Chinese really should stick to killing their own people instead and leave the movie making to the Americans.
The King (2019)
This is so good!
I really advice you to watch this masterpiece. It's really that good. Netflix has finally produced something good. And not just good at that, but marvelous.
If you like the genre that this is a must watch. Actors are excellent, the scenery is stunning, foto is great and effects even better.
Can't wait for Edgertons next script. Hopes are very high. If this was a series my year would be made.
John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum (2019)
Tarantino eat you heart out.
This is just so good! I have honestly never seen a movie of this caliber before. Keanu is brilliant as always, and Parabellum really tops of the trifecta that is the John Wick triology like a cherry on top of a marvelous vanilla icecream.
Set, camera work, lighting, sound and acting are all top class.
And the true up and coming star in this one is the exellent Asia Kate Dillon. One could be under the impression that the actor is merely a woman with short hair. But no, "they" (as is the correct pro-noun) is non-binary. A truly refreshing breeze in the otherwise gender-stale Hollywood.
Halle Berry doesn't look a day older than 50 thanks to her new, very tasteful I may ad, facial surgery.
This really is a no-brainer. Go see it!
Quentins new flick or The Joker really got nothing on this movie.
If Keanu Reeves doesn't earn an Oscar for his part the academy really has lost all their credability.
Edge of Tomorrow (2014)
Plot hole madness.
Tom Cruise's character gets showered with alien blood at his death and gets the ability to re-live the same day over &over.
So he and Emily Blunt, who previously had the same ability, teams up to stop the alien invasion.
But here comes the plot holes. Whenever Tom gets hurt, Blunt kills him so that they can "start fresh".
But Blunt is not going to start of fresh. She'll just live on as that version of herself getting charged with murder, and then killed. Wouldn't she do anything to keep Cruise alive and try to kill the Omega and win the war?
So after a couple of hundred times of Cruise re-starting, there are way more timelines that end up badly for humanity then well. Why would the one where he kills the Omega be more important?
And their aoldier buddies who jump to their deaths to rescue Cruise's and Blunt's mission. They don't get to restart. I think their will to live would be alot stronger.
That just makes no sense at all.
Apart from that it's a good movie.
Dumb and Dumberer: When Harry Met Lloyd (2003)
What. Was. This??
It's a shame you can't give negative ratings on imdb, because then this awful piece of crap "movie" would get a minus 10 from me.
This is possibly the worst movie ever made in the history of man.
The "actors" are so horrendous it's laughable. I realized that one of these shooting stars is also a main lead in the abomination of a movie "Hostel".
Really makes you wonder who hires these bozos? Or who poures in millions of dollar into these projects?
Do not, I repeat do NOT watch this movie! Ever!
Altered Carbon (2018)
Original & fresh, this is no carbon copy.
This show is so good! I just had to get that out there right of the bat.
It's fresh, the environment and cgi is perfect, awesome storyline, real good acting & tip-top photo.
I've been a bit hesitant about my fellow country man Joel Kinnaman in the past, but he really won me over with this one. He's made for this part. Really bullet proof in his acting.
The supporting actors are all really good aswell. This is one of those very rare shows where you wouldn't want to swap any of the actors for someone else. And that doesn't happen very often.
It's not all the way up there with True Detective 1 or GoT, but real close.
Do yourself a favor and watch the show. Apparently there's a second season in the making, can't wait for that to drop.
Aquaman (2018)
DC does it again. Swing & miss that is.
DC really needs to pick it up a few thousand notches. If they keep this up they will loose all of their small fan base that is left.
Awful script, poor acting, even worse casting and a dreadful storyline. Even the music sucks big time.
How this kliché riddled turkey got 7,1 is beoynd me. But I suspect DC-bots.
Tank 432 (2015)
A pile of dog pooh
Worste sheit ever. Do not, I repeat do not watch this absolute garbage movie.
Been a long time since I watched something this aweful.
Where they found these "actors" are beyond me. They really should stick to their jobs at KFC.
Jeez.
Vendetta (2015)
Dean Cain in the next Tarantino
The movie is crap. Yeah, crap.
But Dean Cain is a really really good actor. I can't belive I'm writing this. But it's true. Especially in the state he's in during this movie with 60 extra pounds and an unshaved rugged apperance.
Please Quentin, put him in your next movie. That would be awesome to watch.
I swear he would do amazing.
The rest of the crew are terrible. As is the script, the cutting, the effects and everything else.
But watch it just to see if you agree with me on this one.
Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle (2017)
A pleasant surprise!
This was actually really good. I have to admit I was a sceptic, but that is all gone. A great re-make!
See it!
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016)
The fake reviews must stop!
Once again the movie companies hires 1000's of people to write fake reviews and give 10/10 scores.
This movie honestly is the worst I ever saw. Quite a few users have done a good job of putting together lists of all the goofs. So I'm not going to be repetative.
Do not pay money to watch this abomination.
And Jesse Eisenberg. Why? WHY? The worst most overacting "actor", as Lex Luthor?! The little sighs, mumbles and "crazy" ramblings are just pathetic. It's sad to watch the trainwreck that is Eisenberg.
Who ever was in charge of the casting in this movie should be exiled from the movie business for ever and flogged publicly.
Haywire (2011)
The worst crap ever made.
Jeez. I don't know where to begin. If you're trying to tell me that acctual real people gave this movie 10/10 I'm sincerily worried about the state of our world. I truly hope the reviews over 2/10 are as fake as the fighting scenes.
The acting is just horrible. Music even worse. Effects suck. And sound is a joke.
Do not watch this movie! Or any movie with Gina Watherver her name is.
What happened to Soderbergh? And McGregor?
Banderas is an awful actor so he fits right in with his never changing voice & accent.
