The Walking Dead: Diverged (2021)
What a waste of space.
I have enjoyed TWD from the start but this (and the last few) episodes have left me speechless and reaching the point of giving up on the whole thing. The best part is watching the Talking Dead desperately trying to whip up some form of enthusiasm for a pointless hour. They would have been better served to put up a picture of this week's pair and played elevator music, it would have been more interesting. Based on the last few episodes cumulating in this pile of turgid rubbish I won't bother with any spin-offs. Let's hope Neegan can save the day.
Bohemian Rhapsody (2018)
A trip down memory lane
If you are seeking a 100% accurate biopic then this is not the film for you, but if you are of that age where you remember Queen in their glory and Freddie Mercury in all his most wonderful brilliance then this is the film for you. A few times during the film I found myself going "I don't remember it like that" or "what about that?" and when I checked later found they were either historical inaccuracies or omissions. They didn't in anyway diminish from the film, in fact I can't remember the last film I watched where I had so many goosebumps.
Bulletproof (2018)
I haven't laughed so much in years
The only reason I have given this two stars is because of the laugh factor. If you are looking for a realistic, gritty, tough British cop drama then keep looking. If you are looking for an almost comedic parody of how the Americans might imagine this country to be with a bucket load of cliches and massive factual inaccuracies then this is the series for you.
Will I watch every episode... of course I will... I enjoy a good laugh
