I enjoyed some of the quirks of the show at the start but the plot lines never fully develop and the story relies on getting increasingly ridiculous and the inclusion of random acts of violence. The show starts off intriguing but goes nowhere, other than exploring chaotic and disjointed storylines.

I really disliked the final episode, particularly because of the depiction of a dog being hurt for absolutely no plot based reason other than crude shock value. The finale leaves you wondering why you spent time watching the series at all.

The acting was good but the show is let down by the storyline.

Hit and Run is a mixed bag. The main character (Sergev) is an entirely unlikeable wrecking ball of death and destruction. The plot is enthralling and entertaining, but also heavily cliché. The ending is frustrating. Despite some drawbacks, I enjoyed the show and I'm keen to watch Season 2.
