Not a week goes by that I don't reference a line from the original in some situation. It is a classic that is truly loved. Just like most, I really wanted to love the sequel that I waited for for all these years. People just want to laugh. We don't need Hollywood to tell us how we should think or believe. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 simply out of respect for Eddie Murphy. He has given me so many laughs during my life. He just failed on this project.

I only gave this three stars because of the good acting from the cast. The story was horrific and exhausting. There are too many plot holes and unexplained events to list. I am shocked at the high reviews of this disaster of a movie. Some see this as complicated and misunderstood. I see it as an utter mess that must have been written by an eighth grader.

I gave this one a chance despite the bad reviews from some. It is a decent action movie that will keep you entertained. I'm not saying it will ever win any awards, but it doesn't deserve the low ratings it's gotten. Apparently, some people have not seen the really bad movies I've seen in the last few years.

I do agree that the acting is top notch on this series. However, to compare this series among the best shows of all time is ludicrous in my opinion. The storyline just isn't there. The foul language is just too excessive and unnecessary also. Never once did an episode end and I felt the unstoppable urge to watch another.

I was intrigued after the first 5 minutes. I finally figured out it is a film putting down capitalism. Ending will leave you aggravated.

I am now convinced that they don't know how to make a realistic action movie anymore! After the first 5 minutes I said, "OK, we might have something here!" Wrong!! It went from, "Hey look at all these great actors I know in the same movie!" To, "Why would these actors go along with this story line?!" I am writing down the user names of the people who rated this movie higher than a 2. I will never trust your reviews again!! Complete garbage!!

I made it about 15 minutes and had to stop. The acting reminds me of a high school play. I'm not trying to be mean, and it's better than I could do, but then again I don't get paid to act.

I love westerns and It seems good westerns are a thing of the past. Therefore, I was truly hoping this would be, at least, a decent movie. Instantly, I was disappointed that the acting is below average. Still wishing to like it I watched further and found the story to be predictable. I'll keep searching.
