Quantum Leap (1989)
This was such a great show, until....
This was such a great show, so intriguing. Do you know how good a show has to be to where each episode has a different cast and they still have chemistry? That tells you a lot about Scott Bakula and Dean Stockwell. Unfortunately, you can definitely see a change in the episodes, and how good they are, during season five when they became preachy and political. Even in the early 90s, we as a society watched TV and television shows to escape reality and to escape real world problems. We want a good story, with a good storyteller, and a plot line that's interesting. It seems as though no one has learned a thing, even in 2022. People don't want political talking points shoved down their throat while trying to escape reality. Stick to entertainment and you'll be fine.
Blue Bloods: Guardian Angels (2021)
Here we go, trans being shoved down our throats
Here we go, trans being shoved down our throats Stop pretending they are a target.... It's simply not true. They are not oppressed, they are not targets. The victims friend is super irritating, calling themselves a target, and acting like everyone's against them. That simply isn't true. We're just tired of it being shoved on our throats and more importantly, our children's throats. We want to be left alone and they pretend they wanna be left alone but they actually want the spotlight, in everything. Just stop it already. Keep the politics out of entertainment.
The Rookie: Long Shot (2022)
🙄 oh s t f u about....
🙄 oh s t f u about "bail is evil" and "we imprison people because they're poor". It's 🐎💩, and you know it. Releasing criminals on their own reconnaissance ends up in repeat offenses and more victims.
Clean (2021)
The preview made it look better than what it was
The preview made it look better than what it was. The preview made it look like it was more action packed. I think way too much time is spent on showing what he became after being a bad ass and going away from it, like being a trash truck driver, nobody really cared, at least I didn't. You could've spent 20 minutes or so showing that and then getting into the action but they spent no less than 50 minutes on that story before they finally got into the action. 50 minutes. That's over half the movie. Don't get me wrong, once the action started it got pretty decent. But it takes a long time to get to the action.
Undercover Underage (2021)
Greats when does...
When does season 2 come out with all the old women and teachers that groom and pursue underage boys? Because as of late, that deems way more prominent.
Rescue Me: Sheila (2009)
Wow, what an opening!!
Not very often will a show can give you goosebumps. What an opening to an episode! I mean seriously, What an opening to an episode. Even after five seasons they can still reach out and grab you.
Home Sweet Home Alone (2021)
Absolutely awful....
Main actor is just awful and irritating. The story is garbage. The KID is the criminal and the "criminals" are just trying to retrieve their property that the kid stole in the first place. Best part of this movie? "Buzz" reprises his role in the series. Yep, that's it. Don't waste the hour and 33 mins of your life watching this pile of ridiculousness.
The Rookie: Poetic Justice (2021)
Don't get rid of Jerry!!
Still in the middle of this episode but Jeri is a great addition. Please don't remove him. He's a breath of fresh air. I think he can add another layer to these modern day police officers.
Clickbait (2021)
Such a great story until...
Such a great story, and then they ruined it just like hollywood always does, turn it into a race issue and act like it was dangerous to take a half black teenager into a police station in episode 7, the same police station that has been helping them the entire series. Boy does hollywood know how to ruin good thing...
The Rookie: Threshold (2021)
Here we go AGAIN...
Great damn episode as it starts out and then we get to watch how Nolan thinks that a criminal shouldn't be charged with a crime that he was responsible for and gets mad at the DA for doing his job. Stupid.
The Fan (1996)
Such a great movie, Wesley Snipes is on point
Such a great movie, Wesley Snipes is on point, as always, great movie from start to finish, and the best part? Robert De Niro didn't have to act at all, he's seriously that much of a jerk.
The Purge: Election Year (2016)
Here we go again....
Here we go again, making it political. It's not that it's a big deal that it's during an election year in the storyline, it's who they portray the bad guys, ALWAYS: all white people and definitely Republican. Even though it's dems that are wanting to infiltrate your life, hold you back, and take your weapons. But hollywood would never portray it that way. It's ridiculous really. And by the way, I hate both parties, but you can definitely tell what they were aiming for because they don't try and hide it.
The Purge (2013)
Awesome concept for a movie franchise....
Awesome concept for a movie franchise.... very easily hooked right in.
The Rookie: Man of Honor (2021)
Finally, an enjoyable show without SJW BS....
Finally an enjoyable episode this season without SJW BS, with a great storyline and fun aspects throughout.
The Rookie: New Blood (2021)
Last episode was enjoyable then this.....
Last episode was enjoyable, finally no stupid bs social justice garbage this season.... then we start this episode with, "someone's threatening me because I stand for criminal justice reform (and it's probably a cop or evil white man)". Then when the cops protect her, she comes to the defense of the stalker. And for a second I thought you were gonna let this be an enjoyable show again. Starting to lose interest and patience.
The Rookie: Amber (2021)
Here we go again....
Here we go again, take a great show that was very well put together, and then when a drug addict dies of an overdose in the real world, it's time to switch the story up and go with the narrative that "all cops are bad". It's especially just tasteful to make sure you have one of the prisoners say "cops round up all the black guys, because that's what they do...". I'm probably going to give this show a few more episodes to see if they pull their head out of their rear end, but if this blatant distain for police continues, I'm through.
The Goldbergs (2013)
Way to ruin yet another comedy.....
Good grief, we watch entertainment to get away from the real world. 7.3 fantastic wonderful seasons only to ruin it in the middle of season eight. Stop bringing politics into everything....
Kevin Can Wait: Neighborhood Watch (2017)
By far the funniest episode so far
By far the Funniest episode so far. The Russian guy is hilarious in this episode.
The Walking Dead: No Sanctuary (2014)
If not THE best episode of the series, dang close
They did such a good job in casting Carrol's character. from a battered woman damsel in distress to a legit bad ass, Carol is just plain believable. So we'll written.
Billy Madison (1995)
Adam Sandler NEVER disappoints
Adam never fails to make you laugh. I was very young when he started putting out movies and I never missed out on watching them as soon as possible. Still rewatch them to this day.
Miss Americana (2020)
What absolute propaganda garbage....
I used to love Taylor Swift. Loved her humanity, loved how she treated people, and loved how she kept politics out of what she does for a living, which was entertain us. When did we as a society start giving a darn what famous beautiful people thought about foreign policy? Just because they're beautiful and famous and rich doesn't mean they know squat. This is so poorly written, Full of clichés and definitely not written by her, but for her to influence very easily influenced masses. She doesn't mean any of this crap, she's just doing what Hollywood does.
Mr. Iglesias (2019)
Love it, like the old days...
Love it, like the old days, making fun of ALLLL stereotypes. And not just one. The way it used to be before everyone became offended by everything. Thanks obama. Keep it up Fluffy!!
