Sure, humor is subjective, but rating this as worst comedy show of 2021? Nah. This is intelligent humor.

These episodes remind me of Grotesco, Hip hip, Varan TV, Kids in the hall, among many more.

In the first minutes of the movie:

1. No driver uses her left feet to hit the gas pedal.

2. The vipers are on and working, despite the car not being successfully started. During key switch 1-2 the vipera would be on, but the driver attempts switch 3, which would pause the vipers and thus being seen.

Definitely worth looking into

While erroneously marketed as horror, the situations depicted are indeed horrific.

This thriller/drama is worth checking out as it displays the rough situations one normally doesn't see, or maybe wish to see. You will notice that, as in the real world, racism exists everywhere between all nationalities, and what brings it closer to the surface.

Well done, crew!

As someone else wrote, this movie isn't directed at fans true to the story. Couldn't agree more.

I loved Gyllenhaal in Donnie Darko but seeing him in this rubbish only annoyed me.

As with many of todays super-hero movies, the story is weak at best with amateurish ideas, simple rewrites that doesn't add up in the original stories.

Another probable reason why I didn't like this movie is because I wasn't born in the late 2000's.

A very well-acted psychological horror/thriller following a couple and their little baby.

The atmosphere throughout the movie is haunting and chilling, and early on gets you in the right mood.

The movie has nothing to do with monsters or traditional horror elements. Don't want to spoil the story.

The interaction between the characters is terribly unbelievable, the acting horrible and length of the movie unjustified.

I love a good horror movie no matter the budget, but at least put some effort into it.

Lance Henriksen is a fun addition but is really only credited to bring audience to the film.

The story of Gehenna: Where Death Lives is really interesting and makes the movie watchable, unfortunately some of the directorial work such as good acting and scene editing makes it a pretty sloppy movie.

Being one of Amazon Prime's plethora of subpar horror movies, I was surprised how well many of the things in the movie was put together. Normally the acting is terrible but here it is what makes the movie believable.

I will definitely revisit future work of this crew and cast.

There's a lot of angry reviews posted on this movie and besides it being an American remake, I found no issues at all. I have not seen or read the German original.

The story is well written and acting very believable, many nice camera shots as well. I enjoyed the movie's story and was drawn into it early on.

As someone else wrote: people do stupid things. In real life you see and hear things which might upset you, just because it happens in a movie doesn't mean its bad.

In the first minute of episode one it reads "In 2029, a mysterious global blackout led to decades of chaos and anarchy."

That's just poor writing and even worse storytelling. That sentence alone moves this series from something that could have been based on reality to wild sci-fi on a different planet.

Among many of the unanswered questions:

In the beginning of the movie, how did she get her missing sisters diary which is filled with current information about the Axiom, while the plot is about finding her?

The characters reactions to many of the events are questionable, for instance when a daemon appears in one guys vision about his girlfriend and slits her throat, but he mentions this to no one.

I wish they had focused more on the phenomenon and between themselves discussed what is going on. The story had so much potential.

The plot of this movie was really good although it could've been polished, but the bad actors and uninteresting characters made this movie difficult to watch in one go.

Supposedly one of the top 3 movies in Sweden on Netflix in the middle of August 2020, is the bar really so low?

You will be disappointed.

The primary characters in the movie (two cheerleaders and one football player) seem to lack the basic ability to reply to questions like "What did you see?" and "What happened?". I fail to see if this is a misguided attempt to make the viewer guess and fantasize about what lurks in the darkness, cause a small child would be able to describe what she had seen.

I enjoy indie movies with an original idea, no matter the budget.

This movie fails miserably in engaging the viewer due to: exaggerated use of cheap effects found in editing software, repetitive audio effects such as whispers with echo, poor acting performance (actually, the people in this movie are probably not even actors), dialog volume not normalized, and stereotypical characters.
