Body Heat (1981)
You're not so bright, I like that in a man!
Kasdan's ability to swing mood between the frames makes this film unpredictable, interesting and sexy. It's a pretty brilliant attempt in revamping the classic neo-noir genre.
This film is sexy, steamy, seductive, suspenseful and engrossing in every way possible. Kasdan's direction is daring, stylish and intact, Making characters believable only when he needs them and it makes you uncertain and invested in the film. That's some terrific direction there.
William Hurt's calm, sexy and amazing performance makes this film going forward and believable. He nailed it as a vigorous lawyer smitten by a sexy, enticing and manipulative lady. Kathleen Turner is also pretty amazing. She's hell of a femme fatale, I mean, she can woo anybody with her dominating charm.
And the music by John Barry, it's so soothing. It compliments the film so effectively that without it, the film would seem joyless.
Shichinin no samurai (1954)
The victory belongs to those peasants, not to us!
Kurosawa's ability to show the very human emotions and willpower (in desperate times) through the chaos and unjust atrocities is unparalleled. His storytelling lies in plain sight that throws realistic details in every frame, It's so poetically heart wrenching. Every frame is illustriously beautiful, Dynamically executed and portrayed. I'm speechless, Never seen a film 3.5 hours long with this much attention and such emotions. It shows how powerful Kurosawa's direction is!
It's undoubtedly one of the greatest films of last century. A poetic masterpiece that teaches you the art of war in a utter painful way.
Bound (1996)
When Quentin Tarantino and Gasper Noe have a baby together !
Wow, It has to be one of the most interesting films I've ever watched. Truly cinematic right from the first frame. It has that suaveness, right amount of seduction and modernized neo-noir theme. The Watchowski brothers (then) did such a fantastic job in their debut, Their use of palette on the screen is really interesting and distinctive. Bill Pope's cinematography is so rad and stylish that one easily notices the signature shots they later used in Matrix trilogy and Spiderman trilogy. It makes perfect sense of thrill and tension between the characters and screenplay.
Performances are so good, Jennifer Tilly's distinctive and seductive dialogue delivery makes all the stress go away and Gina Gershon is also good but it's Joe Pantoliano who steals the show, Such a brilliant performance.
Spellbound (1945)
There's a happiness in working hard, maybe the most!
Hitchcock made every frame with such delicate perfection that it felt like poetry wrapped in psychoanalytic study. In a way it's the study of psyche and passion that are intertwined with each other in darkly lost path.
The music and the score is really haunting and thrillingly powerful. The dreamy scene designed by Dali is one of the most artistic and surreal pieces of imaginary scenes I've ever seen. Cinematography is brilliant so are practical and visual effects, one of the best of 40s. It's really hard to digest that this piece of cinema is so underrated despite being great in so many ways. Hitchcock is really the master of thriller and mystery, he directed every scene with a sense of delusion as to make viewer feel closer towards to the leads and confuse himself just like the JB, the accused character. Such illustrious direction done by Mr. Alfred Hitchcock. It's the most logically analysed and written films of 40s and 50s I've ever watched.
And the lead characters themselves, Bergman and Peck gave such a brilliant performance especially Bergman. I fell in love with her after this film, She's so dreamy OMG. That's what I call being spellbound. They handled the whole (well written and executed) screenplay and story with so much ease and without them it's like a body without a soul. And the performance that attracted me the most was by Michael Chekhov, He's so convincing as giant Psychoanalyst. Too adorable I guess.
One of my fav films of Hitchcock for sure !
The Sopranos (1999)
Greatest of all time!
So balanced and perfectly written screenplay blended with lavish character development and iconic performances especially Legendary James Gandolfini, the greatest in tv history. I'm in love with him and ofcourse with Dr. Melfi

Saaho (2019)
Half Baked Overhyped Action Drama
Direction - The main letdown of the film is it's pathetic and silly direction which almost drags the film everywhere it is about to turn good. Sujeeth has done a very below average job which never works with the logic and sense in the film.
Plot - Plot is very good and amusingly convincing and the highlight of the plot is it's thrilling and mysterious turns in the film and the climax is superb which I think the best part of the film.
Screenplay - Screenplay is too dizzy and sometimes it makes the audience feel boring.
VFX and Visuals - VFX work is half baked, not too convincing because sometime it feels sometimes like watching a high-end game and sometimes very cool and eye catching. But the Visuals of the film is damm brilliant which is the main highlight of the film.
Action Choreography - Kenny Bates has done a fantastic by putting out some of the most entertaining fight scene of the south industry this year, Fight sequences are really worth watching.
Performance - #prabhas has given an amazing performance as a protagonist who has different shades and @shraddhakapoor has done a brilliant job as a debutant in Telugu Cinema. @apnabhidu , @chunkypanday , @maheshmanjrekar , @neilnitinmukesh , @arunvijayno1 , @mandirabedi , @sharma_murli everyone has given a badass performance in supporting roles, truly awesome💯.
Baharen Phir Bhi Aayengi (1966)
Dharmendra and Mala Sinha brings spring throughout the film
What a lavish love triangle of early 60s era which is totally driven by groundbreaking performance of Mala Sinha Ji and Dharmendra Ji.
Even Tanuja holds the screen in a very well manner which has proved to be a very strong supporting cast along with Johny Walker whose impeccable comic timing is still unbeatable.
Music is soulful with such magical lyrics splendid work by O.P Nayyar Sahab and S.H Bihari Ji
Cinematography is smartly done in the film whether it's comic scene or intense scene it emerges as a finesse work
Direction is superb very convincing so overall it's one of the most underrated hindi film and it must be watched🙏🏻❤
Joker (2019)
Arguably the finest portrayal of JOKER👏
"It's supposed to be villainous but it makes audience thoughtful, sad, articulate n sentimental" : Joker
If this cinematic masterpiece isn't enough for academy then what is!😊
It's surely one of the greatest cinematic art of piece of all time💥❤
Todd Phillips has managed to do a job which is rare in film industry💪🏻, He did a great direction, he focused on each n every aspects of the character n things related to it, Kudos to him👏🏻
Joaquin Phoenix is a great n one of the finest actors cinema has❤
He's one of those few actors who goes deep into the character to play it prolifically n to make it unforgettable💪🏻
He gave an unbelievably one of the greatest performances of all time🔥,He is unimaginable my god😍
Whenever he speaks n acts, audience is forced to think with him during screenplay😱
It clearly shows in his character that howmuch pain, loneliness, social rejection he carries🙏🏻
Cinematography is technically over the top n just brilliant🔥, every frame looks iconic damm badass👌🏻😎
It's one of the best cinematography I've witnessed in recent years👏🏻
Background score is powerful n it makes the character more soulful, familiar n lovable💙👌🏻
Editing is just awesome every scene looks amazing, you easily flows with the film👍🏻😍
Screenplay is damm impeccable, so convincing n intriguing that even a non english film viewer holds to it👏🏻
Overall, Arguably Joaquin's Joker has managed to take over the crown of finest portrayed Joker in 2019🔥🙏🏻

War (2019)
Every stunning film isn't a flawless product!
War is an amazing action thriller or I would say the finest action film of this year till now👌🏻💙
Shiddartha Anand isn't a great filmmaker but in war he did fantastic job especially by using HR to the fullest in a right manner that's y film is something else now🔥👍🏻
But he didn't focus on editing, starting credits n some other nuances that's where he went wrong👎🏻
HR gave a great performance👏🏻,Siddhartha showed him just as audience want him to😍
The Swaggy walk, dialogue delivery in husky voice, the style n machismo which he carries throughout the film is worth waiting for💪🏻😍
The most importantly his character isn't emotional but rough👍🏻
Tiger also gave fantastic performance, he gave tough competition in action n dance to HR n that's beautiful💥
Tiger is growing as an actor day by day n he'll be seen differently✌🏻
Vani has a sweet n small but important role, she did good👍🏻 but apart from performance, she looks in the film👌🏻💥
Ashutosh Rana is a fantabulous character actor n he did fruitful job as Colonel✌🏻
Action choreography is great, it astonishes the audience🔥, It gives goosebumps💥
Chemistry between Tiger n HR is great n worth watching💪🏻❤, it becomes one of the best duo of hindi cinema✌🏻
Screenplay is good but not great n editing is also very average sometimes bad👎🏻😕
Starting credits looks like childish so poor that's where director did mistake👎🏻
Background score is the best part of the film just over the top🔥, it gives goosebumps everytime😍
There's only two songs in the film so music is awesome❤
Overall it's a must watch for an Indian audience🙏🏻, It's one of the best entertainers💥❤
Sarkar (2018)
One of the most thought provoking movie
It's one of the finest political drama ever, because of the issues which this film raises n every scene is educational too just because of the commendable direction of Mr. ARM n the badass performance of thala Vijay, this really proves why he is the true superstar in every mean
Screenplay isn't that tight but overall good because sometimes it loses the grip after interval
BGM is awesome as AR Raheman gave it, Superb Sir
It's a must watch film to every youngsters in India🙏
