Let's be frank, the latest movies from the Predator franchise were weak in terms of story and extremely underwhelming in terms of action and actor performance. "Pray" challenges this trend by bringing a fresh perspective into the Predator universe, simple, but coherent story and action-packed sequences. This is definitely a pleasant surprise and a must watch for and sci-fi fans.

It is a shame that cinema entertainment has the context of the current political situation. This looks like a cheap anti-Russian hysteria with no substance. Judging purely as an action flick its ok, but nothing exciting or original. 4/10.

This movie is just flawed. Characters are weak and the story is boring. Actors did ok job and Matthias Schweighöfer is great, but overall the movie just lacks cohesion and grip. I was literally bored half-way. Netfix is definitely good in making TV shows, but they should stay away from movies, cause whatever they create is just awful.

Story is crap, characters are weak and the directing is mediocre at most. Some scenes are just moronic. You have to be really dumb to to like something like this. My guess is Netflix paid for reviews while this movie is in the theatres, so they do not lose their profits.

Right in the beginning military truck exploding in frontal collision is just plain stupid. If you would like to know the only explosion that can occur is from hitting fuel tank, not a single military vehicle nor a civilian has a frontal fuel tank. If Zack Snyder approved this scene he is just dumb! This fact alone makes this movie already stupid. In the middle of the movie my only desire was to fast forward and be done with it.

Verdict: this movie is not worth our precious time or money, if you are desperate to see it, make sure you don't pay for this crap. Thanks god I didn't spend a penny for this movie, otherwise I would kill myself for a bad judgement!

Daredevil has nothing in common with perfection of Dark knight! Personally I could watch this show with a fast forward and not notice a difference. Main characters are crap, secondary are fine! The script is childish, and the story is just dumb. Watch an old Japanese movie Zatoichi, it is basically where Marvel got this idea from. Main character Matt is far from even likable, really. I had such a high hopes after seeing the reviews, but then again why would I expect much from modern society, who thinks movies like Deadpool are great. This movie is mediocre at most. If you want to see real crime drama watch True Detective S1-S2! And if you want an action packed TV show watch Warrior or Punisher and skip this waste of time.

Seriously people? Why does this show has such a high rating? It is quite boring and I was bored on the 3rd episode already. Slow and tedious like watching a soap opera with androids and kids. If you want true sci fi show look at The Expanse it is much more engaging and has a better story.

Once again Leonardo Fasoli and Stefano Sollima bring us another masterpiece of crime after their amazing Gomorrah TV series.

ZeroZeroZero is a must-see show for those who enjoy crime dramas. It has a solid plot and superb acting by American, Italian and some international stars.

The show follows a huge cargo shipment of cocaine from Mexico to Italy and it takes us to several locations across the globe. Creators did an outstanding job in developing the story and its characters making the show very coherent and full of interesting twists and intense action.

9/10 which makes it a must-see one :)

This one comes from Russian production company. I am not a fan of modern Russian pictures in general, but Sputnik has this distinctive dark atmosphere that I really enjoyed.

Actors did a great job, the script and the structure are solid. Sputnik did its job to keep the suspense throughout the whole movie. I would recommend this film to any sci-fi fans that want to see some fresh perspective of an alien from the east.

The movie is well-made, the acting, directing and script is fine, but the idea of building military outposts in hostile Afghan territory, and in the open and poorly defended valley is just ridiculous. Therefore, taking into account the fact this is a serious military movie based on the true story that wants to pay respects to those brave soldiers who fought and died there doesn't make any sense. The essence of the movie is just lost.

Regarding true story part, historically Afghanistan was never conquered nor ruled. There are many years of struggle with Taliban and thousands of foreign soldiers lost. Building such an outpost in the hostile territory is just silly. All those families who lost their members there should question intellect of those who sit in Pentagon.

I really believe Hollywood should stop producing this kind of material. This is just awful, in my opinion, creators of this movie assume everyone who watches Terminator series are total idiots judging by total none sense that takes place in Dark Fate.

At the end of the movie, I still had no understanding what was the purpose of saving that girl, didn't make any sense at all.

I was shocked by seeing the rating above 6 and couldn't stop myself from writing this review for those people who value their time and the quality of leisure activities. My rating is 4! For ruining the franchise once again....

I wonder how this movie got such a high appraisals. The naïve plot is a total crap, the characters are weak and annoying. I am sorry to say it but its total crap. I wasted my time for it...

The actors are fine, the execution is excellent but the plot is weak and the movie is not engaging. Still worth a shot, but don't expect anything out of ordinary.

Its an interesting perspective with some unfolded details, but I would not trust everything that is being discussed in this documentary.

I am Russian and I currently live in Russia and I do not like nor support Putin's regime, but the western world does similar things and engages in questionable activities as Russian intelligence does. The movie is quite biased in regards to the source since the people interviewed are very pro American and anti-Russian. Ex-senator McCance and this cabinet for instance. Terrorist attacks by the Russian government is not a secret to many so as CIA operations in 9.11 in order to seize control of gain influence in other regions. Politicians and politics, in general, is a plague and nobody is innocent.

Overall I would recommend this documentary for people who are interested in political activities around the globe but bare in mind that this is just one perspective of the whole picture. Solid 7 out of 10

One of the best action thrillers of 2018. Amazing performance by Del Toro and Brolin with a realistic and accurate picture of government affairs. Ruthless cartel gangsters, breath-taking action scenes and well-thought storyline are the few reasons to watch this masterpiece.

Well, this is how adults must have fun instead of their boring everyday activities. Actors are great, story is entertaining. I was generally pleased with humor. Nice comedy.

I was looking forward watching this title due to appealing trailers, but did not know what to expect. Was pleasantly surprised after the feature. Overall atmosphere of sci fi movie looks good, plot has a twist and the acting is good. Movie is not without flaws of course, but its definitely better than most of sci fi movies that were released lately. Solid 7 out of 10.

As it was prior to this movie I did not expect much from Netflix movie, they are regulars in producing trash, my expectations were true. Weak plot and acting, seems like a waste of time to me. Don't even bother,

In the new TV show, Altered Carbon human body is just a vessel. Mind and memories can be implanted into another body for a right price. The idea is worthy of a good and well-written novel, which I am planning to read. Characters are appealing and the story is good. The show has excellent acting and nice script. The atmosphere is worthy of comparing with such masterpieces as Blade Runner universe.

However, I personally think Altered Carbon hasn't got enough pace. After I watched full season I realized that all important acts could be filmed within a couple of full-length movies. Its a shame television companies are more concerned with money making, filming extensively long TV shows, instead of creating a piece of art.

I must admit most of the shows I have seen lately with kids acting were brilliant. This is not an exception. Apart from very well written story/script and brilliant acting this show has unique setting and nonconformist attitude which puts us away from everyday drama that boring shows have.

This is definitely one of the best shows I watched lately and I can proudly add it to my favorites alongside Breaking Bad and True Detective. Waiting impatiently for the continuation of the trip. Well done Brits!)

As a big fun of science fiction movies I was very excited when Valerian movie was announced.

However, starting from the first minute of watching I realized how ridiculous the movie was. Most of the actors among the federation representatives are kids or have childish faces that look amateur. The distant future military personnel carry HK416 (Heckler & Koch) assault rifles developed in 2005 (which looks really lame, since others have blaster rifles/pistols). The devil is in the details my friends. The plot itself is weak and does not reflect the epic depth that this movie could have achieved. There are many episodes where acting does not make any sense whatsoever.This movie would be a thumbs up for 7 years old kids who has absolutely no idea what a good science fiction movie is.

Verdict: Valerian and the City of Thousand Planets is OK as a graphical novel for kids, but not for true science fiction fans. Despite my love for Luc Besson's work I would rate it 4 out of 10.
