To see this unbelieveable strong woman, to hear her talk about all that unspeakable.... Florence with all her strength did not even in a second give me the impression of a "victim". She survived as a clear minded, strong, sympathic woman. Guess, if all that cruel had happened to me, of course I would have lost myself and my mind. Nobody else could have directed this movie bette and more carefully as Paul Poet, this impressing director, writer, producer of most important documentations worldwide. With tears in my eyes - thank you, Florence, thank you, Paul! Watch Paul Poets brilliant documentations "Empire Me" and "Foreigners out with Ch. Schlingensief" too!!

One of the most important and prevailing movies nowadays, where right wing extremism is capturing almost every government in europe and around the world. Not even CH. Schlingensief, this great fighter against racism, right wing extremism could have known in 2002, that Austrian people in 2017 would empower a rout of criminal, corrupt, xenophobic into government. I am so sad about CH. Schlingsiefs passing away so early. We would have needed him today more than ever. On the other hand we austrians can be so proud to have Paul Poet, this brilliant director, writer and producer of the worldwide most important, thrilling and moving documentations. Against all problems and resistencies. Pls. watch his great movie "Empire Me" and "My Talk with Florence" too.

I saw this movie yesterday for the first but fore sure not the last time! Such a fascinating and staggering theme directed so thrilling! unbelieveable pictures!

Everybody should see this movie and take these 6 stories to heart. Nowadays political turbulances with all that re-arising of the right - wing extremism make movies like "Empire Me" so absolutely important. So glad to read that "Empire Me" got a prize named "Prix du Film Rebelle"! Thanks to Paul Poet for this really "moving" movie!
