Erbe & D'onofrio are perfect and great to see Chris Noth really EARN his way back to Manhattan.
20 March 2019
Erbe and D'Onofrio are a quirky couple that work well together. In a church fire, he leans on a shorter man's head to Climb on the pew backs. She has the 'No see......' proving criminals wrong and he shocked producers by do a side bend before perp they lovingly called "The Goren Lean." See still as comes on while Erbe sits. He annoys Leslie Hendrix by trying to do her job......but it's healthy respect . Once in court, Erbe had to defend her revoke of reassignment saying he's an 'acquired taste ' but explained she came to respect his methods and he hers. They can be very funny. Chris Noth really earned his spot in Major Case and all made it very clear. His 1st partner was a little bit Goren in female. Wheeler was a good fit, but when he had the 3rd, who was like him that got him in trouble, and I remember a scene where she was being picky over her coffee cream. Chris gave her the less one and said learn to get by. He also gave her the ed about what happened to him. He was much calmer and preferred partners like that. I can't remember her name but she didn't last long and Wheeler came back. My only complaint is on this show, the ladies really play a back seat. This is MAJOR CASE, they should be more equals. Still, I miss it, but the "Law and Order" days are over. Dick's Chicago shows are great. But he's bringing in a law show and I think it will fail. Whatever. His L&O shows ran well. Just get rid of the SVU . How many ways do you think people want to watch rape. Stop. But this was a great show. Tho ORIGINAL WAS STILL THE BEST. GOOD JOB ALL.

Only beginning series is a 10.
20 March 2019
This was to be lead by Chris Meloni, but then it became determined that only 'she' could take care of kids, victims and all. Has it NOT escaped your attention that everyone of talent has jumped ship?! Ice T was a 2nd year and I cannot figure why he sticks around---unless it's the ONLY damn job he can get. And Maria Bello was part of the new cast, but she even hopped the ship. She's doing a great job on NCIS. It's NOT fun to have that broad be the whole show. And they need to strip the show. It's old and tired. Dick Wolf 's 'Chicago ' shows are fabulous and there is no more need for L&O. Cancel this piece of drek!!

A quirky yet death row down to the minute and haunting score
20 March 2019
A man on death row wants his electric chair execution filmed live, or by still photographer. He gets Roy Schieder, supposedly who shot Tina Turner's Private Dancer. A man from Time? Magazine comes down to tell the story---Roy knows nothing. It's a cop killing and Ray and a friend were at a plane on a drug deal gone wrong. When checking his pictures against the ones on the other cop who shot self, they were flipped in court and they are just seeing a pattern. There is new evidence at eleventh hour, after putting Ray thru several near missed, he knows nothing of what they know. With a haunting score by James Newton Howard, of Signs, this grabs you from start to finish. Roy Scheider is there for his job and zero hour is approaching. It's a race to see what happens in the end. Still, you can 't help but feel a bit changed. An absolute terrific film. It was an HBO production.

Best Bestfriends film in time when they were not popular.
20 March 2019
I've seen this film several times when my brother and I were young. We both; brother and sister, cheered for both of the top-billed children. We cried along with them because they each helped one another in their own ways. The best part is that way back in 1957 (I think) when standing up against bullying and hazing were NOT so popular, this film ran against the the abuse of other children, while becoming very close friends. The title seems to go against what I am saying, but at the time, it was, I believe, used to make the point home. Since then, I have seen this film several more times and can't help crying in the film----but it's a good feeling cry because "Fatty" the rich boy the "Skinny " helps to stand up for himself. My eyes water when "Fatty" turns back to his friend smiling and waving and then yells, " Komatsu, thank you!!". The poorer boy returns the gesture.

This film should be shown in elementary schools across the country---especially when we have a leader who preaches hatred, intolerance, 'stay with your own kind' junk and fear and prejudice. He does NOT care about America or Americans. A Japanese story long after the internment camps, from a once enemy, and now friendly country who can forgive, told a wonderful, tremendous story of true friendship and loyalty that should be a must see for all elementary students and repeated. The children are lovable and I have access to the show through a download and am happy to have it. It definitely helped my brother and I deal with bullies and haters. We had many friends and we were popular for standing up for our friends. I'm a martial arts specialist and my brother took USA Jiu Jitsu. I took GRACIE Jiu Jitsu, Judo, several types of Karate, Krav Maga, and many other styles and I am a self defense specialist and a knife fighting specialist and coach. I also took weapons training in sai boku, hanbo, bo, and many swords training. I teach children and adults quite a bit. I guess you can say "Skinny and Fatty" was an inspiration for learning for ourselves, and I went further to teach children and adults how to defend against hate and bullies. PLEASE make time to watch this with your family and children. Then they can learn to stand up for themselves and NOT have to be violent---self defense is NOT violent. It's defense. DOWNLOAD this Japanese miracle!!!!
