Favourite childhood TV show!
4 February 2007
No one seems to remember or have even seen this fantastic show that ran in the late 90s and was definitely the most worthwhile program on during my childhood, unlike the endless stream of cartoons etc. that were then ubiquitous. This excellent comedy was a much more mature children's/early teens' program, that followed Bailey Kipper as he secretly monitored the rest of his family, keeping track of all the happenings of which he would not have been normally aware and the incessant misdemeanours of his older sister! Fans of "Malcolm in the Middle" will find it very similar, with some people even claiming it was the precursor and inspiration for the later hit show, with many parallels to the family relationships and feelings of being unappreciated and unnoticed appearing in both programs. Definitely worth watching!

my favourite film ever ever
16 January 2006
I adore this film because it has everything, sun, sea and Johnny Depp (Orlando and Keira for those of you who don't share my passion.)I was ABSOLUTELY astounded to watch this slip by any Oscars although Depp received a few minor awards. Totally first class acting from the man as the irresistible Captain Jack Sparrow, loosely based on Keith Richards.

Sparrow swaggers and burbles his rum-soaked self across the Caribbean on a quest to reclaim his beloved ship the Black Pearl from his mutinous first mate Barbossa and involves young Will Turner (Orlando B) who's trying to win over Elizabeth Swan (Keira K). So follows the most exciting and funny adventure on the seven seas with some really great quotes.

If you haven't seen this already I'm shocked and suggest you go out and buy it now (you'll want it in hard copy, trust me.) Potc2:Dead Man's Chest London release is 7th July 2006 and they are in the process of filming Potc3. Long live Captain Jack Sparrow.

a great early johnny film
15 January 2006
As one of Johnny Depp's greatest fans I was pleasantly surprised to find this on sale in my local shop and see a very young Johnny staring back at me!! On to the film. A funny grease spoof circulating around the irresistible Cry Baby Walker who's ability to shed just one tear mesmerises all the chicks at his school, yet he cares for none of them except "square" Allison and sets off on a mission to break down social class barriers to win the girl of his dreams. So follows a twisting plot including a sabotage attack by Allison's friend...will Cry Baby get his girl? A definite hit for anyone not just die-hard Johnny fans with a great rock 'n roll soundtrack.
