The acting is very good. The film is very different in terms of plot and pacing than most films. The character arcs and interplay are very well woven into a story that touches a lot of interesting contexts.
The scenes are set in very scenic backdrops and the cinematography is really good. The music is in line with the chanting tradition of the region and isn't overbearing on the story line.
The supporting characters are well cast. The lead Dinara Punchihewa provides an exceptional performance. Though dialogue is limited the implicit balance of power is well encapsulated in the chemistry between the two lead actors.
