Why the low ratings? This is such a fun family holiday movie. Don't sleep on the adorable end credit scene. This was such an original movie-not like the cookie cutter predictable ones we are all used to. Eddie Murphy is a delight and tracee Ellis Ross is wonderful. I thought it was entertaining and enjoyable. If you want a comedic, colorful Christmas movie, you'll enjoy this. I also enjoyed the representation and inclusion aspect of the movie as well. All around, really lovely family movie. Definitely worth the watch. Much better than family switch on Netflix-woof! Happy holidays, everyone! And a happy new year.

I truly loved this movie! How someone couldn't love it is beyond me. It's the entire Christmas package. It's heartwarming, funny, and sweet. I loved seeing the inclusion and representation. It's such a refreshing movie and a perfect family watch. I definitely had tears at the end.

I'm so happy to add this movie to my future holiday rotation. I honestly don't know how someone couldn't enjoy this! And teyonah Parris-aka Monica rambeau from the marvels is in it! Just a feel good, lovely movie all around. Give it a chance and you'll enjoy it. Luda did a wonderful job-the casting as a whole was excellent.

I love the haunted mansion ride and was really looking forward to this movie. The trailer looked promising but I still tried to go in with tempered expectations.

To sum it up, I felt like this movie could have been so much MORE. There is such wonderful history and story with the ride that could have given so much creative opportunity that I feel was not used.

I kept waiting for some kind Of twist or realization or climax that just never came. The whole movie just feels like it was missing the magic that is the original story and ride. With so much at Disney's disposal for making this movie, I expected better. I definitely enjoyed some of the actors, Tiffany haddish in particular. But felt like the comedy was lackluster in general. I really wanted to love this movie! But sadly it does not have the makings of a modern classic.

Still worth a watch when it comes to streaming. Not much more.

I watched season 1 when it came out and enjoyed it. The ending really had my jaw dropping which I love. Season 2 in my opinion was absolutely fantastic. I thought the story was well planned and well written. The characterization was excellent and purposeful. The suspense and mystery well played. I had high hopes for the finale and it didn't let me down. It truly is a fantastic season of tv that I feel is rare and hard to pull off. Of course it's a teen show, but made for a fun escape for this 30 something. If you want a mysterious, nostalgic, teen drama this is excellent! I really hope they come out with season 3.

I'm a 33 year old woman who grew up watching the little mermaid. It was one of my favorite movies and remains so. I've been eagerly anticipating this movie since they announced they were making it five years ago. I've been scared and excited. Disney live action remakes are usually mediocre and leave me feeling disappointed and my expectations let down.

The little mermaid surpassed my hopes and expectations-which were quite high and had been building for years. I can be quite critical and always have a very specific vision in my head of what I want to see. I walked out of the theater with no critiques or complaints. The story, dialogue, music, casting-it's all incredible. Halle Bailey IS Ariel. My soul is happy. I honestly think that most people will love this movie.

I am so confused about the negative reviews here. I expected this movie to be awful considering how terrible remakes and sequels usually are, but I really truly enjoyed it. Personally, I thought it captured the magic of the story I loved so very much as a child. The story seems to be timeless. This was my favorite movie as a child, and now as an adult I have a whole new perspective and appreciation for the story. It is dear to my heart, so the nods, quotes, and classic ness of this story make me happy. If you love the story of Peter Pan, watch with an open mind and you may be pleasantly surprised. The 11 year old girl I nanny for had never seen any Peter Pan movies and this got her coveted stamp of approval!

My husband and I, both in our 30's, loved this movie. Our expectations were low, but since we have AMC movie pass, we figured we had nothing to lose. The movie was absolutely delightful! We were happily surprised and really enjoyed ourselves. I feel like this really gave Priyanka a chance to shine, and Sam was adorable as well. Rom coms are meant to be enjoyable and a form of escapism, but this movie also made my husband and I grateful for love and every day life with our partner. I definitely recommend it! It was entertaining, heartfelt, and held our attention even with our ADHD! Also Nick Jonas' cameo was a hoot.

I thought the movie itself was excellent and well done overall. It was a good send off for the trilogy and gripping and entertaining. That being said, a good bit of the movie was incredibly hard to watch. The scenes regarding rocket's backstory were ones I would have skipped through if I had been at home. I'm a sensitive person and an animal lover, and for me personally it went too far with the darkness regarding the animals. I understand that's a personal opinion and others will not be so disturbed-just a kind heads up for others who are similar to myself.

It's a very emotional movie for sure. I think they did a beautiful job wrapping it up. Looking back on how far the characters have come is really wonderful.

This movie, in my opinion, is the most well done marvel movie to date. I truly cannot fathom how anyone could walk out of the theater not having been emotionally moved. Everything is on point-writing, directing, and performances. It was beautifully done in every way. Do not miss the mid credit scene! It's an experience I wish I could re live all Over again For the first time-it absolutely took my breath away.

I think there is a lot of thinly or not so thinly veiled racism in any negative review so please take that into consideration. This is coming from a white female in her thirties. Inclusion and diversity matters. Representation matters. This movie matters.

I'm a huge marvel/Thor/hemsworth fan. I had low expectations for this movie once the initial reviews came out. I was so sad and disappointed by this film. I almost feel gullible, does marvel/disney know we'll see these movies whether or not they're "good?"

The plot was odd, the story weak, the script cringeworthy, and the humor was a massive let down...as in it was truly not funny to this fan.

So save your money and catch this when you can see it for free. And hope we fans get better projects in the future-we deserve it.

I'm an early thirty something woman who loves a good romance, Bridgerton, and Henry Golding. This movie did not capture my attention-it felt extremely dull. I'm sure some may enjoy it-but if you're not a fan of slow paced movies, you may want to skip this one.

I had low expectations for this-often with big names the movies aren't so great. But I thought this was an enjoyable, action packed movie. I personally got quite a kick out of seeing Chris Evans as the villain and found him highly entertaining. If you want to turn your brain off and just enjoy a movie, this is a good watch.

If you're looking for a soapy story, romance, family drama, and entertainment, this show is for you. Sometimes cheesy dialogue/acting/cgi? Check. Surprisingly touching and emotional moments? Check. Just buckle in and enjoy!

My husband and I watched this movie for Max Greenfield-and we were so surprised and delighted with how much we enjoyed it! This movie is entertaining, fun, heartwarming, and sweet. I wish there were more movies like this out there. It's a wonderful watch!

I'm a big Marvel movie fan and scarlet witch and dr strange are some of my favorite characters. I've been looking forward to this movie for so long-when I walked out of it all I could think was "what did I just watch?"

I like to go into certain movies without having seen the trailer and this was one of them. I couldn't get into the story-I didn't mind darker tones but it felt like it was trying too hard and lost at the same time.

Also, if you have young kiddos (which I do not), this movie could be quite intense and frightening for them.

Unfortunately, I'm super disappointed. I know everyone will have their own opinion and I truly hope other fans enjoy it more than I did. Here's hoping Love and Thunder is an improvement.

My husband and I (early thirty somethings) just finished this film. We both laughed out loud through the entire movie. We thought it was original, clever, hilarious, and heartwarming. Overall, very well done and enjoyable.

I didn't watch the original show, but heard the reboot was great. I'm in my early 30's and my husband and I burst out laughing countless times throughout each episode. The nostalgia part isn't applicable to us, but the writing in this show makes it so enjoyable. It's great to be able to shut off your brain and escape with comedy.

This show was so so excellent! It's edge of your seat, super entertaining, and well done. I highly recommend! One of my favorite shows of 2020.

I wanted to watch a cheesy, predictable holiday movie but this one was a total snooze fest. Everything is so forgettable, it's bad in a completely non entertaining way. My Christmas gift to you is the gift of an hour and a half of your life back!

The first and last 15 minutes were wonderful. The opening number was so promising and it went downhill from there. I adore Christmas movies, but this started dragging 20 minutes in until nearly the end.

I did LOVE the representation and choreography and costuming and sets. But the story and Pace totally lost me-they should've shortened it and cut some songs. It had so much potential to be much better.

Surprisingly entertaining and fun! It's Spy Kids meets National Treasure meets Date Night. I found myself laughing out loud quite a bit with my husband-definitely an enjoyable movie, suitable for families too.

I haven't found a show I've enjoyed this much in a long time! It's so well done. My interest started when I read about the showrunner's religious background and the small town She was raised in-her experiences inspired the show. I also relate to that upbringing which I think enriches the experience. Everything about this show is excellent! Give it a few episodes and you'll enjoy it!

I knew this movie would be BAD, but I thought it would at least be entertaining. I don't know why I sacrificed my time for this trash. My husband and I had multiple mojitos and even that couldn't help us hate watch this garbage film.

I'll start by saying The original Mulan is my favorite character AND Disney movie of all time.

Coming into this movie I told myself it would be extremely different and would be more "inspired by" than a re telling of the original like all the other Disney live actions.

I totally respect Disney's decision to leave out mushu, the music. Etc. It made sense. But honestly, I still really missed it.

I thought overall the movie was excellent and definitely worth paying the premium price.

I personally would've changed a few things and wasn't totally and completely satisfied with the ending, but I still really enjoyed it. It was exciting to have such an epic story come to life. The theater would've been amazing!
