Back in Beverly Hills, Brandon learns first-hand about Nikki's abusive past when her musician ex-boyfriend, Diesel, suddenly shows up and drags Nikki away. Donna helps repair Brenda and Kelly's damaged friendship. After Hutchins threatens to blow the whistle on Steve, Steve tries to talk Herbert into taking the wrap.
- Pete agrees to help cover up Tavares' affair with a soap opera star (Michelle Stafford) by entertaining Tavares' girlfriend, but things get complicated when he finds himself falling for her.

- When Pete is asked to be Dean's personal assistant for a day, he intends to impress Jessie by using Dean's apartment. He also gives her a necklace that he bought with the money he earned with this job, but Jessie doesn't like the way he is acting and leaves.
