Die Eiskunstläuferin Katarina Witt gehört zu den größten Stars des wiedervereinigten Deutschlands. Der Zdf-Film „Kati“, der auf dem Filmfest München Weltpremiere feiern wird und von der Nachwendezeit erzählt, hat jetzt einen Trailer.
Am 1. Juli feiert der Zdf-Fernsehfilm „Kati – Eine Kür, die bleibt“ über die deutsche Eiskunst-Legende Katarina Witt, die von Lavinia Nowak gespielt wird, Weltpremiere beim Filmfest München in der Reihe Neues Deutsches Fernsehen. Später im Jahr kommt das Werk ins Fernsehen. Der Film beleuchtet das Verhältnis der zweifachen Olympiasiegerin Witt, die es nach der Wende nochmal wissen will, und ihrer Trainerin Jutta Müller (Dagmar Manzel).
Regie führte Mimi Kezele nach einem Drehbuch von Andrea Stoll. Es ist eine Koproduktion von Odeon Fiction und dem Zdf.
