- Godfrey Quigley was born on May 4, 1923 in Jerusalem, Palestine [now Israel]. He was an actor, known for A Clockwork Orange (1971), Barry Lyndon (1975) and Get Carter (1971). He was married to Genevieve Lyons. He died on September 7, 1994 in Dublin, Ireland.

- Son of an Irish father serving with the British Army in India, and an Irish-American mother. Born in Jerusalem, where his father was posted at the time, educated at Belvedere College, Dublin. - Appeared in two consecutive Stanley Kubrick films, A Clockwork Orange and Barry Lyndon, where both his characters warm up to the troubled, youthful (psychotic or otherwise) main characters.
