Cormac Roth, son of Reservoir Dogs star Tim Roth, has died at 25 after a year-long battle with cancer. The Roth family released a statement on Monday announcing the musician’s death.
“He died peacefully in the arms of his family who loved and adored him,” the statement said. “He fought with incredible bravery for the past year and maintained his wicked wit and humor to the very end.”
In November 2021, Roth was diagnosed with a rare form of germ cell cancer, which is found in reproductive cells in the ovaries or testes. Roth shared the news with fans on Instagram, writing that he’d endured “chemo, high dose chemo, medication, transplants, transfusions, surgeries, etc.” after receiving the stage 3 diagnosis.

Country musician Patrick Haggerty has died aged 78, after suffering a stroke earlier this year.
The singer and guitarist was best known as the frontman of Lavender Country, a group whose 1973 self-titled debut album is widely regarded to be “the first openly gay country record ever released”.

Takeoff, one-third of rap trio Migos, has been confirmed dead aged 28 after a shooting in Houston, Texas.
The rapper – real name Kirshnik Khari Ball – had been at a private party with his bandmate and uncle, Quavo, full name Quavious Keyate Marshall, late on Monday (31 October).
Fellow Migos member Offset is not thought to have been with them at the time.
According to reports, the shooting began amid a game of dice at a bowling alley. Takeoff was pronounced dead at the scene early on Tuesday (1 November).

Davido’s three-year-old son has died in Lagos, police have said.
David Ifeanyi Adedeji Adeleke Jr was the son of the Afrobeats singer and his fiancée, chef Chioma Rowland.
Lagos state police confirmed to BBC Pidgin on Tuesday (1 November) that the child died after an incident in the home on Monday (31 October). The news has since been confirmed by the BBC in the UK.
Police spokesman Benjamin Hundeyin told the broadcaster that one of couple's domestic staff called the police at 10pm local time (9pm GMT) on Monday.
He confirmed that eight members of staff had been invited in for questioning.
“We are reviewing the CCTV cameras to get additional information about the circumstances of his death,” Hundeyin said.

“As wild as he was, Cormac was also the embodiment of kindness. A gentle soul who brought so much happiness and hope to those around him.”

Cormac Roth, a musician and son of British actor Tim Roth, has died after a yearlong battle with Stage 3 germ cell cancer, his family announced Monday. He was 25.
