This time Böhm was chosen to join the team. It proved to be the right decision because he won a silver medal in the relay alongside his teammates Erik Lesser, Arnd Peiffer and Simon Schempp. He participated only in the Individual, where he placed 10th from the other biathlon disciplines. The 2013-2014 season was quite successful for him not only because of the Olympic joy he experienced by winning a silver with the relay. No! It started at the very beginning with a good 5th place in the Individual in Ostersund. That was the first race from the schedule for the new season. Later on Böhm made a 10th place in the sprint and the Individual in Hochfilzen and 8th place in the 15 km mass start. He finished the season 23rd in the overall.
