Yet a shot is heard, and the driver of the Mercedes is seen being hit in the face.
The driver of the getaway Mercedes gets shot in the face and incapacitated, yet the car continues normally. Furthermore, later when Berger and the rest of the occupants of the car celebrate the pursuit vehicle exploding, the driver looks totally fine. In the next scene, he's dead.
The interior shots of Berger and his accomplices driving and talking are shot with the camera severely under-cranked, making them move around in fast forward.
A guy is severely beaten and tossed face down in a puddle, motionless for several minutes. But he's still alive when they move the body, which wouldn't have been possible.
