In the scene where dozens of tourists rush into commissioner Lo Gatto's office, officer Gridelli (Maurizio Ferrini) gives him the phone saying that it's the Bishop of Trapani. Looking at the actor's lips, it's clear that in fact he said that it was the priest of Favignana (the island where the movie is set), then modified for dubbing.
Looking at the lips of actor Lino Banfi during the whole movie it's clear that he spells his name as Lo Martufello instead of Lo Gatto. The name of his character was changed for dubbing, probably to avoid some homonymy.
