Director of photography Fred J. Koenekamp, who had been nominated for three Oscars and won an Academy Award for lensing The Towering Inferno (1974), did not have his name on the picture's credits, and allegedly did not want to be credited either. Koenekamp was billed instead as "Anton Ken Krawczyk," a name that was only used once.
The picture featured the 1976 Playboy Playmate of the Year Lillian Müller portraying a character billed as a Beautiful Blonde, but the actress was credited under the name of Yuliis Ruval.
Sandahl Bergman said everyone in the crew, including the director, was snorting cocaine during production.
According to the website Wikipedia, this movie is "known for being one of voice veteran Rob Paulsen's very few onscreen roles."
"This movie sat on Columbia Pictures' shelf for a year and a half before release" according to The '80s Movies Rewind website.
