- Weatherby Groundhog has posted a weather bulletin: Winter is coming. All birds are advised to go South. And all the birds take the advice. All but one: Woody Woodpecker. He has no time to go South; he's still enjoying his swimming. Woody unconcernedly jumps high into the air on his diving board. But the predicted cold wave comes suddenly, and in mid-air Woody is encased a block of ice. Winter is here. One month later, Woody stares a personified Starvation in the face.
