- TriviaIn the back of the Happy Daze bar in Down Below that Garibaldi went to hide, there is a neon sign for Zima, a carbonated alcoholic beverage. The set designers included it as a joke, reasoning it was one of the few products from the 20th century still available during the time frame the series was set, the mid-23rd century. Unfortunately the beverage was discontinued in 2008.
- GoofsThe explosion at the start of the episode is far back from the "front" of the station, plus with rotation, anything coming out would be flung outward, in addition to the force of the explosion itself. There is no way that anything - including a person - blown out from there would be visible from the Command Deck.

Major Lianna Kemmer: I demand you open a channel to Earth at once.
Susan Ivanova: I'm a Lieutenant Commander in Earth Force, Major. I don't take demands. If you will request, I will consider it.
Major Lianna Kemmer: Very well, then. I request that you open a channel to Earthdome.
Susan Ivanova: Request denied. Have a nice day.

An interesting episode
This episode is a good one and the first realistic instectoid species from a tv show from 90's appears (an inspiration for creators of pilot for Andromeda ) as one of the many aliens species , alongside one species who is looking exactly like Saru from Star Trek Discovery .This series is probably the most ripped off series until 2020 ,even the new Battlestar Galactica copied the uniforms from the first season and Star Trek Deep Space Nine is made after the idea of B5 creator who was rejected by the Star Trek producers .
