Andy casts a wider net in order to find the person who raped and murdered a 12 year old girl, some 20 years ago. This was not done because they were so sure of their suspect--who was exonerated through DNA. There are a couple other stories as a man who suffers amnesia from a bullet lodged in his head begins to put together things which could make him a killer. Also, a teenage prostitution ring is uncovered.
