- The insurance agent Eckhard Berger has fallen in the stairs of the building of the insurance company where he was working. All looks like a suicide, but when the team searches his apartment they find a video tape in which Eckhard Berger says that the team leader Jürgen Wiesenhöfer and his colleagues Michael Nauen and Sven Lienecke are dangerous for him and if something happens they could be responsible for it. Besides Miguel Alvarez has the suspicion that Eckhard Berger was gay. Nevertheless the team will not speak about the video tape and say that the death was a suicide. In the interrogatories Wiesenhöfer, Nauen and Lienecke don't say anything important. Besides they have an alibi, they were playing cards together after their work in the company. So Hajo decides to send Jan undercover as as a student of law will make a practice in the insurance company.
