- When the Griffin's are at Quagmire's door, he is seen in a diaper with a pacifier around his neck. When the camera is in front of Quagmire, a woman on a donkey is seen riding by and then a naked man on a tractor drives by. He then says it's game night and they're playing sex.
- When Brian reads a book on how to vanquish a poltergeist, he then puts his hand on Peter's crotch. Peter then reminds him that he throw the Indian skeleton head in the bin, and says "....that's ah pretty much just me your grabbing." Then Chris says "That's how my old scout master shakes hands."
- When Peter opens the front doors of Carrot Top's mansion, two women in bikinis are seen fanning him with leaves.
- Herbert the Pervert and the tree monster (who battled each other as they plunged to their presumed death in a previous sequence) climb out of the hole where the house once stood. Herbert and the tree monster make up for fighting and Herbert invites the monster to his house for tea and cookies, then asks the tree monster if hes a giving tree or a receiving tree (according to DVD commentary, this was cut because Standards and Practices objected to it being a homosexual intercourse joke).
- When Brian finds out that Peter wasn't wearing the Indian skull as an athletic cup (with Chris adding that his old Scoutmaster greeted him that way) where Peter says that Brian grabbing his crotch was more awkward than having a threesome where the girl doesn't show up, followed by a cutaway of Peter and an unnamed man waiting in bed for the girl.

- In "Rocky IV," a man driving a Segway crashes in the wall while drunk.
- Mayor West gets a "One Way" sign (he has a new dog.) Then says "So people will know when they step into my house there's only one way out, in a body bag from dog injures."
- When Peter, Lois and Brian are in their bedroom, their watching a fast talking, high trousers show. A dead man is seen on the floor.
- Stewie dreams he's in "MTV's Jackass," he runs into the bathroom and starts slapping Peter on the toilet. Then he rips his tank top off and runs away.
- Peter is seen washing his face, he then notices a scar on his face and starts ripping the flesh from his face. And turns into Hank Hill from "King of the Hill."
- A tree smashes throw Chris' window and pulls him out.The tree then tries to eat him but Herbert comes to the rescue, the tree throws Chris back into his room and the tree and Herbert battle each other. Herbert slams him walking stick into the ground causing a crack, he and the tree then fall. Herbert stabs the tree with his walking stick 4 times, the tree then grabs him and then the tree slams into a giant rock. They continue falling, until they fall in water. Then the scene ends.
- Peter swings a golf ball and comes out of Meg's bum and smashes a window. He does it again and hits Lois on the knee.
- In another one of Peter's flashbacks, he is hunting with Dick Cheney. He then shoots Peter 10 times, then says "Sorry I thought you were a deer."
- The Griffin's house collides into a ball and disappears.
- Peter throws the Indian skeleton head in the bin.
- When the Griffin's are at the city dump looking for the Indian skeleton head, Brian is seen rolling around in the garbage.
- When Peter buries the Indian skeleton head back where it belongs the house returns, the house then suddenly collides into a ball. Then we see that he is playing with it, Lois then throws it back on the ground and then returns again.
- (Deleted scene) When Chris is cowering in bed over the upcoming storm, Peter calms him down by telling him that the storm will pass if they can name off the worst things that can happen to a child (i.e., swallowing a razor blade, getting shot in the face, having a mosquito bite on top of a scab).
