Highlight is the stuff with Angelo Badalamenti on the piano, but I also really enjoyed the interviews with Catherine E. Coulson (RIP), Kimmy Robertson (her admitting she thought season 2 sucked and she didn't watch it was hilarious), and Ray Wise.
I thought the insight into the psychological toll the show took on some cast members, loved the info about how far they went to hide the killer's identity, the stuff about just how popular it was as a cult hit, and also appreciated how it wasn't shy to cover some of season 2's less than stellar aspects (of which there are quite a few, tbh).
