When Peter is at karaoke singing the duet Don't Go Breaking My Heart with Ronald Reagan over the ham radio, whenever he holds the mic to the ham radio it causes squealing feedback. It's called "feedback" because of sound "feeding back" into the mic from the speakers, this would only happen if Peter was holding the mic to the speakers that are playing the sound from the mic, not the speakers of the ham radio which are only playing Reagan's voice in the first place.
Joe, who is in a wheelchair, cannot sneak up to the window with Peter and Quagmire to check on Quagmire's baby because of steps at the sidewalk in front of the house but all Joe needs to do to get closer is use the driveway.
Lois tells Quagmire if he needs help with the baby, "they'll be right across the street". The Griffins live next door to Quagmire, not across the street.
