Pretty funny

I actually enjoyed this episode quite a bit! The Quagmire/Brian plot was funny, and it was amusing to see the dynamic between the two switch from what it usually is. A lot of jokes landed well (plane-related pun intended). The Stewie subplot was a bit predictable but not bad!

Pretty good but odd advertising.

Warning: Spoilers
This episode was just the usual, funny entertaining moments. I like both plots though the Stewie candy subplot could use a bit of work but the main plot follows Quagmire finding love but the girl he loves adores dogs and he doesn't have one (and hates dogs) so he asks Brian who he has been mean to and bullying for years. I find it entertaining that Brian takes advantage of Quagmire situation considering how even though Quagmire despises Brian. He will still ask him for help and I think Brian and Quagmire balance each other out. One thing I want to mention though is the advertising. On fox they advertised this as a Halloween episode like the Simpsons, Great North and Bobs Burgers episodes aired today but the half taking place during Halloween night takes up only like 3 minutes of the episode. But still a pretty good episode and I think season 20 is off to a fine start.

Must Love Dogs

You can't expect intriguing or storylines that even make sense, but this was mildly funny. Don't expect too much and you might get a few chuckles out of this one, particularly the cat and dog stuff.

With episodes like this I am really excited to see more and more of this fabulous show.

With that being said Even if the episodes are not good enough, so be it, I hope the show airs as much as possible.

A much better episode than last week's episode.

The main plot with the Brian-Quagmire rivalry was great and the subplot despite being an old episode rehash subplot was certainly different than I expected. 9.5/10.

Kind of tired of hearing Seth's MacFarlane sister

Playing ALL female characters.

I like her as Hayley, but she is used way too much.

I really like eps that she sings in, her voice is great.

Especially in American Dad! She was the voice over of a news anchor, looking for Hayley.

What's going on?

Why is there all of a sudden so many people complaining about how Rachael MacFarlane is voicing too many female characters? That's something I never had a problem with. Especially as, for instance, April Stewart voices tons of female characters in South Park, but you don't hear anyone complaining about that, do you?

In fact, I never even heard or thought of of such complaints until this episode was released! What is it that you people have against this episode and Rachael MacFarlane herself?

In that case, please stop being distracted by this, and enjoy this episode!

Best episode in years

I really liked this one! That might be because I love Quagmire and Brian episodes, but I just feel like Family Guy has been much more consistent this season.

Lost all respect of Chris
10086cn11 October 2021
Warning: Spoilers
I'm just absolutely sickened at how Chris could have betrayed Stewie like that. I mean, in the episode Herpe the Love Sore, Chris actually worked with Stewie to get revenge over something they had both endured. I thought they were going to do that in this episode again, BUT NOPE! Chris just outright lies to Stewie! If you thought the episode Herpe the Love Sore was bad, this is a lot worse!

The A plot didn't have much of a saving grace either. In the episode The Blind Side, Brian wasn't truthful and the relationship he had in that episode ended. Well in this episode, Quagmire (who, as has been established quite extensively, hates Brian) is untruthful in the same way and manner! And guess what? His relationship had also ended for that very reason!

Absolute waste of time
jpapanone30 May 2022
Only good part was the opening.

I LOVED Peter doing/not doing Matt Foley.

That was the one shining spot of the entire episode.

I even got excited bc I thought this was going to be a Halloween episode.

It was not. It was a Halloween scene...but a dog episode.

This was a typical FG episode from the last...5 years or so.

Boring...not funny. No need to ever watch it again.

Amazing how rewatchable the single digit season episodes of FG are... and how unwatchable they became.

Time for this show to just go away. How many more unfunny years of this will Fox put out into the universe.

Time for this show to be canceled for...the 3rd(?) and final time.

Again...the episode isn't bad. It isn't good.

It's boring AF. Nothing happens.

And the stuff that does happen...or the nothing that doesn't happen...isn't funny or entertaining.

It isn't even stupid funny...or roll your eyes funny.

It is...no reaction inducing scene followed by no reaction inducing scene.

If you are looking for something to put you to sleep...this is it.

You won't laugh, so that won't keep you up.

It won't entertain, so you won't feel like if you fall asleep you'll miss something.

It is dullsville. Boring-town.
