The Host is amazing, the way he connects with each person in each episode is amazing, he's a wonderful person. Also, the food looks delicious, I can't wait to visit some of the places or prepare the dishes, it's an amazing show. I love it 💙
For those who actually watched it

It's a shame people want to hate-rate this without watching it. I love food tour shows that focus on small local restaurants that may get overlooked by tourists or even locals. Misha and Roadfood did an excellent job highlighting these spots, while showcasing the genuine interactions. Great job!
It's Delicious!

Really enjoyable, warm show.

I love the concept, Misha as host is a warm people-person. I love to see him genuinely excited about things. I hope they'll dig a bit deeper in future seasons. I know they want to visit lots of places, but I kept wanting to know more about the people and the community and the history. The Detroit and Little Dominica episodes were particularly outstanding. Surprising and optimistic, despite the difficulties these communities have faced.
mishas that yt friend you can take everywhere

Mishas great, he asks thoughtful questions and actually lets the person talk and he's actively listening!! You don't see that much. He's so down to earth too! Idk what formatting they have but it's amazing to see him try new things and down for anything they want to introduce him to.
My favorite is little dominica (susana was so much fun and inspiring) followed by detroit and chicago. The show is unbiased too, he was perfect for this. So nice to see his accepting demeanor in diverse communities and he's so respectful too. Dad jokes galore but it's endearing!!!

We are more alike than we are different

I love the concept of the show to show that we have more in common than we think as a country. Each episode shows a microorganism of our country that I probably would never have seen. I think program like this is more important now than ever.
The host, Misha Collins, is friendly and inquisitive about local cultures. I love the interaction with the crew as well.

Fascinating little show

So much fun!

It's really cool to see into all of these little communities! I like the fact that the show focuses on one small area at a time, instead of entire city's or states. Aldi the different types of food is a lot of fun. Most American food shoes focus on American cuisine, but this show does a little bit of everything.
Refreshing

It should be #1 definition for the word 'yummy' in The Urban Dictionary.

It's so much more than just a food and travel show, it's very heart-warming, informative and simply delightful.
+ A charismatic, clearly passionate about the food and adventurous host, Misha Collins. He asks just the right questions, knows how to connect will all of the guests. You can see they're open and comfortable talking to Misha.
+ The guests are interesting and worth listening. I love the stories and different perspectives they share. Their restaurants are various, food looks yummy.
+ The atmosphere is light and funny. The show has some moving parts, too, and VERY important and meaningful topics.
+ Charming crew members, who sometimes appear on the screen as well (please, more!).
+ A little bit of non-food, entertaining elements, like car racing.
+ The shots of food are delicious, the camera's work is beautiful.
+/- I think it awakened something in me. I just don't know what.
+/- The episodes are around 23 minutes. You can't get tired but you can't get enough of it as well. Cause it's so good.

- You are hungry and thirsty for those 23 minutes, it doesn't matter if you ate beforehand.
Love Misha, love food...

Love Misha Collins, I love food... but this doesn't quite hit. I guess I like a little more depth, and this seemed to flit across a bunch of things without landing anywhere. Maybe with time it will develop it's tone; I'll give it a try and see what happens.
A solid three.

As a big fan of food travelogue shows, I was excited to see what this cult celeb had to offer! Turns out, sadly, not a whole lot. Roadfood doesn't bring anything new to the screen that Bordain or Zimmern haven't already done before and better. If you're a fan of Supernatural, specifically of Misha Collins, I'm sure you'll enjoy watching him, you know, walk and eat. But if you're looking for a deep dive into Americana, and the people and the food they create, this ain't it, chief.
Great show for community and food!

A beautiful journey...

Each episode of RoadFood leaves me with so many thoughts and feelings. Misha Collins has a curiosity and respect for humanity that is inspirational. We're all so incredibly diverse, but we're all just trying to make it and it is a profound thing to remember that deep down, we aren't so different after all. This show does a great job at highlighting our diversities while showcasing the one thing that universally brings us together...food.
Fantastically delicious

Every episode will make you want to go on an epic journey to discover your local ears and treats. It's a great show inspiring you to not only explore new places and meet new people that could be just around the corner, but also inspires you to try something new. I'd rate it 11 out of ten if I could.

Really enjoy this show. I would love to have longer episodes, maybe to explore things in more detail. I say this because the topics are timely and the show picks interesting people to talk to. The host seems engaged and is equally engaging. Love the camera work too, excellent shots on the food. Makes me hungry!
Love it!

I love this show and how well it blends culture and food in a respectful way. And love Misha hosting, he's wonderful! Definitely something that my entire family binged recently over the holidays. I love that he travels and does such a good job showing different cultures and different foods within the United States. I sure hope there's a lot more to come.
great look at food and culture
powersuitup16 January 2022
So fun and such a cool look at different specific dishes. I love that they pick one food to focus on and show all the different ways cooks are preparing that dish even in a pretty small locality. Also really enjoy the talks and the history of the area that gets discussed. Looking forward to more!
Pure sunshine!

Recommend to anyone who wants to feel joy, see some delicious food and spend some time with an absolute joy of a host! Misha brings such a wonderful personality to this journey. Roadfood has definitely become a new go-to feel good show for sure!!
Just what we needed

Did we really think that Misha traveling around the US discovering new people and food wouldn't be the most wholesome thing ever? It didn't disappoint. During a time when the US feels so divided and lost, it is so refreshing to watch and listen to a man that radiates kindness talk to all kinds of people and be genuinely interested in their stories. Even as someone that doesn't have an interest in cooking, I found this show so soothing and enjoyable. Sometimes you just need to sit down, relax, and watch something that is like serotonin in televised form and this show will do it for you.
It's About Empathy and Food

Roadfood isn't just *another* show about hunting down the best eats by city. Misha Collins does a wonderful job of making connections with the people he meets, and sharing their story of how their food brings people together. Misha isn't just a lover of food, but of humanity; Roadfood is a feel-good trip we can all take together.
Really Happy Show
jwininger-2591316 January 2022
I expected just another typical food show. Visting the restaurant and focusing on the dish. It blew that out of the water and in the best way! It's really refreshing to the cooking show world. You're getting more personal with the actual city/town, region, and history behind the people. The food and how it is a representation. The show manages to bring out all the heart warming feelings and smiles. I absolutely adore it and hope there will be many more seasons to come! All kinds of small places around the country.
