Yahya(Aser Yassen)doctor has a difficulty in pronunciation which made him to leave the medical career,his father died and let him alone cause his brother in USA so he decided to go to Alexandria to begin a new life he went to his flat in Alex and starting to remember every thing about the past and about his neighbor Franshiska who is an Italian female but spent her whole life in Alexandria. Yahya was in love with her daughter Klara before moving to his own village . he saw her and start to love her again but suddenly he knows that she is a lesbian girl and she can't love him, Yahya meet some one (Kabeel)who is a body guard in a bar while he was drinking this man helped him to go home again and they turned to be friends , but after a while they knew that KABEEL has a tumor in his head and he might die. Yahya has meet a girl in the street then she decided to go home with him he start to love her but he recognize that she is a whore so he tried to forget her but he couldn't Yahya everyday stand below a window hearing a music coming form this window yahoos also has found a message with a strange language nobody know it

I consider massages from the sea the best egyptian movie in the past 20 years the movie is talking about love the man who loved a woman he don't know and what come after that but the most important thing in this movie that make me love it "qapeel" for me is considered one of the greatest second role i have ever seen the massage the role want to say is just a great massage the role want to say that the memory is the most important thing in life without it you will be nothing "mohamed lotfy"play the role well the soundtrack of the movie is my favourite but for me it comes after the music of land of fear made by the same director and the same musician the thing that made the movie is not wow is the level of acting of "basma" it was regular.
