- Whilst no nudity is shown, the references are pretty strong. Also, the overall theme of the episode is quite disturbing; a teenage girl falling in love with an older man, whom she becomes obsessed with. She tries to usurp his wife's position and also breast feeds their baby in public.

- A very gory episode of Family Guy, and arguably one of the most violent episodes in their history. All of the actions are done by a cloned baby, who has turned out evil. Some of the more violent moments include:

- A baby violently hits another baby. He then cuts the tail off a dog and shoves the tail down its throat until he throws up. Vomit is seen.
- A baby cuts a woman in half with a large machete. The incision is made swiftly from head to toe. Entrails and organs plop to the floor along with blood. A rib cage can also be seen.
- A baby rubs another baby's head forcefully until the point of injury. Offscreen, the baby can be heard screaming and blood splashes onto the walls. (This scene is extremely disturbing and is too much for many viewers to stomach, due to the victim being a small baby)
- Offscreen, a baby brutally kills two adults. Blood splatters onto the walls and an ear is flung onto the wall.

- This episode can be perceived as disturbing due to many violent, gory injuries being carried out by a baby. The scene where a baby is murdered is incredibly tasteless and pushes the limits for Family Guy.
