- Mild suggestive references in the dialogue, however this is very hard to catch and is not explicit.

- Undead's heads explode on a headshot.
- Players roam Wild West environments and use shotguns, pistols, rifles, torches, and dynamite.
- Players can engage in melee-style hand-to-hand combat and trigger slow-motion effects by shooting enemies at close-range or by targeted shooting (e.g., head shots).
- Blood often spurts out of characters when shot; close-range assaults cause much larger sprays.
Profanity

- PG-13 levels of cursing.
- The words sh*t, crap and bastard can be heard in dialogue but they are used very occasionally in the game. Keep in mind that most of these mild swears are all said in cut scenes which can easily be skipped.
