- Self - Host: [after clips are shown of him getting hit in the nuts first by a goat and then by a kite] My balls seem to be a magnet for injury.
- Self - Host: Well, you think that those days are bad? Nobody's had a worse day than Buster.
- Self - Host: I think we should call him Buster.
- Self - Host: Buster sounds pretty good to me.
- [kicks Buster in the side of the head]
- Self - Host: And that's why those flight suits have so many pockets: there's one for each barf bag.
- Self - Host: Eww!
- Self - Host: [stunned, after finding out that the Underwater Car myth saved a woman and her child from drowning] I..I don't know what to say about that. That's intense.
- Self - Host: [smiling] We're not just blowing things up here, people.
- Self - Host: [Talking about Mythbusters' worldwide appeal and positive impact] It's like science bait, instead of jailbait.
- Self - Host: [Jamie reads from a letter] Along those lines, I've got this letter that I'd like to read. "Dear Mythbusters, after hearing your show's ending, I wanted to write you to thank all five of you from the bottom of my heart, because you literally turned my life around. When I was at school, I was basically on the road to nowhere until I found Mythbusters.
- [Adam is very emotional]
- Self - Host: Your show inspired my teenage self to care deeply about science and engineering. Six years after I saw my first episode, I became the first girl in my family to go to university and now, four years after that, I'm about to start a Masters in Chemical Engineering. You've been fantastic role models and I cannot thank you enough: your show literally changed my life."
- Self - Host: [takes off glasses and wipes his eyes] It's, uh, it's really dusty in here. That's incredibly sweet.
- Self - Host: [smiles] Very humbling.
- Self - Host: There are plenty of times when we're doing stuff that's scary but what about stuff where you genuinely feared for your life?
- Self - Host: Oh, Creamer Cannon. Absolutely.
- Self - Host: Right, yes.
- Self - Host: We had an entire pallet of creamer, five flares, giant air cannon. We fired this thing off and initially, nothing happened. And then, it roared to life.
- Self - Host: So, we're standing not quite far enough back when it just started
- [deep voice]
- Self - Host: coming at us making that
- [makes noise]
- Self - Host: A roar, a physical roar.
