The Count of Monte Cristo (French: Le Comte de Monte-Cristo) is an adventure novel written by French author Alexandre Dumas (père) completed in 1844. In this Project was used The Strasberg method. This method was born from the theories of Stanislavskij, brought to America by the company of the great Russian director thanks to a tour. It is always based on the assumption that the actor, in order to be credible, must not imitate the emotions and sensations of the character, but relive them by drawing them from his own memory. For this, the concepts of sensory memory are introduced (which allows us to recover what our five senses have experienced in a past situation) and emotional memory (which allows us to relive memories that arouse very specific emotions in us).
