General Hospital (Gh) spoilers reveal fans have been mystified with Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) behavior lately. She’s been acting quite shady when it comes to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and has purposely tried to alienate him from those who he is closest to.
While she knows his bipolar meds have been tampered with, instead of telling him, it’s almost like she prefers him being in the dark.
She claims that she wants to get to the bottom of who is behind this all, but when Ava finds this out, will she end up deciding to betray the mob boss?
General Hospital Spoilers – Why Is Ava Jerome So Obsessed With Sonny Corinthos?

Exclusive: Fox has given a Season 3 pickup to Alert: Missing Persons Unit. The renewal of the procedural drama, starring Scott Caan and Dania Ramirez, has been expected.
To make filming more cost-efficient for series producers Sony Pictures Television and Fox Entertainment, Alert will remain in continuous production, segueing from the abbreviated-by-the-strikes second season to Season 3, whose episode count is still Tbd, I hear. There is an additional benefit to filming Seasons 2 and 3 back-to-back — Fox will have fresh episodes of the series in case production is disrupted by an IATSE strike this summer.
There is no word yet on Fox’s other outstanding drama series, The Cleaning Lady. As Deadline has reported, it also is looking good for renewal.

Milwaukee bar owner Ricky Ramirez usually begins posts on The Mothership’s Instagram account with a lighthearted insult towards his patrons. “Sup bozos,” “sup idiots,” “sup dorkus malorkus,” and “hello freaks,” are all frequent openers to photo captions announcing service updates, schedule disruptions, and special events. Combining craft cocktails, a dive bar feel, and a marquee sign with rotating quips such as “Today Only Drugs In Bathroom Ok” and “We Will Refuse Service If You Didn’T Wash Your Ass,” the Mothership sounds like a good time.

On Monday, the news broke all over the web that Sara Ramirez had exited And Just Like That... ahead of the third season of the Max hit series, taking Che Diaz with her. While we appreciate Ramirez, we can't say the same for Che.
So it's no surprise that reactions were, to say the least, quite positive.
Che, seen throughout the first two seasons, was extremely polarizing.
While Che's introduction led Miranda to experience her sexual awakening, it also led to Miranda's downfall as an independent, strong-willed lawyer. It turned her into someone she would have mocked on Sex and the City.
However, the And Just Like That... Season 2 finale gave us a glimpse into what will hopefully be the new Miranda.

Sara Ramirez’s time has ended on the Sex and the City spinoff series And Just Like That… at Max.
By the end of Season 2, Ramirez’s Che Diaz and Miranda Hobbs (Cynthia Nixon) had split for good and both had moved on to explore new relationships. A source close to production revealed to Deadline last month that Che’s story had concluded, and Ramirez would not be returning for Season 3.
As Che has a strong friendship with Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker), they could essentially make appearances in the future. Max declined comment in January and again for this story.
Earlier this year, the Daily Mail claimed Che was being eliminated due to Ramirez’s pro-Palestine social media posts, but sources told Deadline at the time that was false. Ramirez seemingly responded to the news with an Instagram post shared a day later that read, “Don’t let the...

Sara Ramirez, who plays Che Diaz on the popular HBO series And Just Like That, has been dropped by executives – but the reason remains mysterious.
Ramirez, a non-binary actor, rose to fame with their role in Grey’s Anatomy. Ramirez posted on their Instagram on Tuesday confirming that they would not be returning to the show.
Ramirez claimed that the dropping of the character was due to their political stances and pro-Palestinian opinions, saying, “casting directors and agents are making black lists of actors and workers who post anything in support of Palestinians and Gaza to ensure they will not work again.”
Fans of the show, however, have been divided on Che for a while, with many seeing the role as “annoying” and “a waste of airtime.”
Last season was notable for the return of Kim Cattrall to the series – if only for one minute – for which she was reportedly paid $1 million.

Mariana may finally be onto Silas.
Yes, the Silas saga was featured again during Good Trouble Season 5 Episode 14, as the hour provided us with some updates on the case and placed Mariana and Joaquin back in one another's orbit.
And hey, we're not mad at that because it's always a delight to see Bryan Craig, and it's only fair that they revisit Joaquin and Mariana's connection after all that "Eviana" goodness.
But the hour also saw things heat up for Gael and Jay, much to our delight, while things sort of cooled off with Davia and Dennis.
But most notably, this installment marked Cierra Ramirez's directorial debut, and she did a tremendous job.
It's always lovely when an actor gets behind the camera because they bring forth their skills and knowledge of the characters.
Some of the strongest scenes that wonderfully highlighted this were directly at the Coterie. Homage...

After more than a decade, Cierra Ramirez is getting ready to say goodbye to Mariana Adams Foster.
The role not only helped launch her acting career when The Fosters debuted in 2013, but also opened the door for opportunities behind the camera. Ramirez has served as an executive producer on the spinoff series Good Trouble since it launched.
It only makes sense that, before the series wraps, Ramirez would don yet another cap on set: director. Ramirez makes her directorial debut with Tuesday’s episode, titled “Party of One” — an opportunity she told Deadline she’s been chomping at the bit for.
“I’ve always been super enamored by what happens behind the scenes or behind the camera, just as much as I am passionate about being in front of the camera,” she said.

It appears to be official, And Just Like That… fans will get what they want. Che Diaz reportedly will not appear in season 3 of the divisive reboot of Sex and the City. While Warner Bros. has not offered an official statement, several media sources have reported that Sara Ramirez, the actor who portrayed Che Diaz, will not return for season 3 of the reboot.
Sara Ramirez has been hinting at their firing for days
While an official announcement has not been made, word from insiders that Che has been axed from the series aligns with Sara Remirez’s vague Instagram posts. In a series of social media posts, Ramirez suggested they were feeling used and disposed of, partially because of their pro-Palestine stance.
In their most recent post, Ramirez claimed casting agents and directors were blacklisting actors who posted pro-Palestine content. While they never came right out and suggested they were...

Sublime members Eric Wilson (bass) and Bud Gaugh (drums) reunited to play a set of the band’s songs with late singer Bradley Nowell’s son Jakob on guitar and vocals on Monday night (December 11th). The gig at Los Angeles’ Teragram Ballroom was part of a benefit for legendary Bad Brains frontman H.R.
Prior to the show, Wilson hadn’t shared the stage with Gaugh for 10 years. Following Bradley’s passing in 1996, Wilson and Gaugh formed the act Sublime With Rome (featuring singer Rome Ramirez) in 2009, but Gaugh exited the outfit a couple years later citing his reluctance to play Sublime songs “without Brad.”

Good Trouble, the Freeform drama set in Los Angeles, is going off the air after its Season 5.
The storyline follows sisters Callie and Mariana as they struggle to make it in the big city. Maia Mitchell and Cierra Ramirez, the actresses playing Callie and Mariana Foster and also serve as executive producers, have taken to Instagram to salute each other and the series.
“10 years of making TV with my best friend,” Mitchell wrote on Friday night, beneath a photo of the co-stars. “Could not be more proud of you [Cierra].”
Ramirez was equally effusive.
“So many emotions right now after hearing that our beloved show, Good Trouble, has come to an end,” Ramirez wrote in her own heartfelt post on Instagram. “The greatest one of all, being gratitude.”
She called Mariana her “favorite piece of work.”

The late 20th century was a wild time to be a kid immersed in the world of pop culture. It was the period that produced Jessica Rabbit, a cartoon character you felt embarrassed to watch with your parents, and a time when stores regularly stocked movie tie-in toys linked to “kid-friendly” fare like Aliens and Terminator 2.
It seemed like nothing was off the table and that was certainly the case in the world of cartoons. Eager to cash in on the appeal of cinematic properties in a way that would give even the MCU pause for thought, a glut of animated shows inspired by movies featuring torture, nudity, beheadings, and buckets of toxic waste found their way onto the small screen. In most cases, the cartoons spawned rarely stuck around for long, but today they stand as examples of a weird and wonderful chapter in the history of small screen entertainment.

Sublime with Rome have unveiled their latest EP, Tangerine Skies, featuring four sunshiney, new songs from the band. Stream it below.
Produced by the band’s Rome Ramirez, the tracks on Tangerine Skies capture the California ska sound that Sublime perfected three decades ago, with syncopated guitars, grooving beats, and strong vocal melodies. Lyrically, the songs allude to feelings of pain and confusion, but balance out the difficulties of life with its joys, ultimately landing on a message embracing peace and contentedness.
The title track conveys this perfectly, pairing a mid-tempo, acoustic guitar-led arrangement with lines like: “I learned to love the small things/ Had to learn to let it go/ Many rivers I have yet to cross/ But I know that I’m on the right road/ And I know I’m gonna get there.” Stream the EP and check out the music video for the title track below.

“Wolf Like Me” Season 2 sees Mary (Isla Fisher) and Gary (Josh Gad) expecting a child and moving in together. Everything seems perfect in the Peacock horror comedy… until a handsome man from Mary’s past, played by Édgar Ramirez, shows up.
Ahead of the Season 2 premiere on Oct. 19, TheWrap spoke with series creator Abe Forsythe about what we can expect when Ramirez shows up, and all the other challenges the werewolf and the widower face as their relationship gets more serious.

TheWrap: How did you convince Edgar to be on the show?
Abe Forsythe: We just sent him the script. I’ve always admired him as an actor and I thought he would be really interesting in this role. I wasn’t prepared for was how much extra he brought to what I had written as the character.

When Lynnette Ramirez, president of Angela Bassett and Courtney B. Vance’s eponymous production company, logs onto Zoom to discuss the release of “Heist 88,” the company’s first feature, with Variety, her virtual background catches the eye. It’s a black-and-white photo of two children — a little boy and a little girl — alongside the Bassett Vance Productions logo.
It doesn’t take long to recognize that the striking shot is a family photo — and the two kids are the Hollywood power couple’s now-teenage twins Bronwyn and Slater Vance.

Exclusive: Comedic multi-hyphenate Julio Torres (A24’s Problemista) has struck a deal with Ars Nova, the Off-Broadway, non-profit theater in NYC, that will see them partner to identify, develop, and commission full-length projects from early-career comedy artists.
The collaboration further expands Ars Nova’s two-decade commitment to new comedy at a time when support systems for NYC-based artists have decreased. Under the partnership, Torres and Ars Nova will look to provide comedians with opportunities for development and production outside of the traditional model of sketch shows and 10-minute sets. They’ll offer funding up front to create brand new, uniquely theatrical shows, while providing mentorship and development resources to the artists involved, the first set for a commission being Ars Nova Vision Residency Alum River L. Ramirez. Others will be announced at a later date.
To celebrate the alliance, Torres will return to the Ars Nova stage on October 26 to host Showgasm.

President Joe Biden on Monday released a statement applauding the Writers Guild of America and the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers for reaching a tentative deal Sunday night, 146 days after the writers began striking.
“I applaud the Writers Guild of America and the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers for reaching a tentative agreement that will allow writers to return to the important work of telling the stories of our nation, our world — and of all of us,” he said. “This agreement, including assurances related to artificial intelligence, did not come easily. But its formation is a testament to the power of collective bargaining. There simply is no substitute for employers and employees coming together to negotiate in good faith toward an agreement that makes a business stronger and secures the pay, benefits and dignity that workers deserve. I urge all employers to remember that all workers — including writers,...

This post contains spoilers for “The Question,” the finale of Justified: City Primeval.
And so Justified says goodbye to one Boyd, and welcomes back another.
In the concluding chapter of the revival miniseries Justified: City Primeval, Timothy Olyphant’s Raylan Givens finally had his long-awaited showdown with the Oklahoma Wildman himself, Boyd Holbrook’s Clement Mansell. But in a sign of how much Raylan had changed since the original series, it was a showdown he did not want, and had put off for many episodes. And when Raylan does shoot Mansell,...

And just like that, everyone is talking about “Sex and the City” again.
The finale of the second season of “And Just Like That” debuted Thursday — featuring a Samantha (Kim Cattrall) cameo! — and it was…fun? Moving? Not as deranged as the first season!? My colleague Ben Travers reviewed the finale here, but with the news that the show, Max’s No. 1 original, would indeed be returning for a third season we got to thinking about how the show can continue on its sudden upward swing.
The last few episodes of Season 2 have shown some promising signs of life. So members of the IndieWire brain trust who have consumed all 21 episodes of this compelling chaos train couldn’t help but wonder: What one change would drastically improve the show for Season 3?
For myself, the answer is easy: It’s time to get rid of Che Diaz (Sara Ramirez). The internet...

Nearly a year and a half has gone by since it was announced that the Peacock streaming service had ordered a second season of Abe Forsythe’s werewolf comedy series Wolf Like Me, and now we finally have a substantial update to share about Wolf Like Me season 2! Not only has a batch of first look images arrived online courtesy of Variety (you can check those out at the bottom of this article), but we also have confirmation that the season is going to make its Peacock premiere on October 19th.
Consisting of seven half hour episodes, Wolf Like Me season 2 will tell the following story: In the second season of ‘Wolf Like Me,’ Mary and Gary leap into the next phase of their relationship and face their biggest challenge yet: pregnancy. As much as they try to have a ‘normal’ pregnancy, it seems impossible with so many questions looming over them.
