Being a Kashmiri, even one who hasn’t been back since 1989, there is no way I could remain unmoved at the sight of either the forlorn Dal Lake, or the pretty boys talking Lashkar language or the beautiful city of Srinagar reduced to ruins, with barbed wire, sandbags.

The 26/11 Mumbai attack will be made into a telefilm soon. Starring Vinod Khanna and Seema Biswas, the film is titled Un Hazaaron Ke Naam. Sphere Origins will produce the film.
The film will start with a child asking his grandfather (played by Vinod Khanna) why his parents were killed at Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (Cst). The grandfather thinks about all that he lost in the incident and there are four other plots too.
The film will be shot in Mumbai and stars Jyoti Dogra, Sadiya Siddique, Vikrant and Bobby Parvez. It will be aired in the last week of November.
