Andy Cohen has his pick as to which of the Real Housewives he would want as The Golden Bachelorette. Though the role has already been given to Joan Vassos, that does not mean Andy will not weigh in on the situation. So, who would he have chosen if he had his way? Keep reading for all of the details.
Andy Cohen Has Housewives Pick For Golden Bachelorette
Many of the Real Housewives are not actually married anymore which is the running joke of the series. None of the women on Beverly Hills are married and if they are, they are separated. Yet, when the show began, almost all of the cast were in happy or pseudo-happy marriages. Same with the Og Rhony where all of the women, with the exception of Bethenny Frankel. They were married and living their best lives and by the end, things were completely different. Call...

Real Housewives devotees are a lucky fandom because the Bravo franchise promises a limitless stream of meme-worthy moments with every new season. And if Andy Cohen has anything to say about it, then the unhinged chaos isn’t letting up any time soon.
Every year, there’s one city that takes the cake in entertainment value and last year the clear winner was inarguably Salt Lake City. During the finale, Heather Gay brought the women to the beach to reveal that fellow Housewife Monica Garcia was behind the Instagram account “Reality Von Tease,” dedicated to exposing former Housewife Jen Shah, and other Housewives, for the past three years. The big reveal, and their ensuing confrontation, is now considered one of the most masterly scenes in Bravoverse history.

When Julia Fox debuted her single, “Down the Drain,” at Charli Xcx’s Boiler Room DJ set last February, there were essentially two reactions: 1) wait, Julia Fox is making music now?, and 2) of course Julia Fox is making music now.
Not only is Julia Fox making music now (and not only does it kind of slay), but she also just dropped the video for “Down the Drain,” exclusively debuting on Rolling Stone. Directed by cowriter and producer Ben Draghi, the video is a showcase for all of Fox’s personae,...

Andy Cohen is continuing on with Watch What Happens Live. Bravo has renewed his much-buzzed-about late night talk show through 2025 after completing an investigation into accusations from former stars of The Real Housewives, the franchise on which he is also an executive producer.
“The outside investigation into the recent allegations made by Brandi Glanville and Leah McSweeney against Andy Cohen has now been completed, and the claims were found to be unsubstantiated,” a Bravo spokesperson tells The Hollywood Reporter.
The statement came ahead of NBCUniversal’s upfront presentation set for next week and coincided with the news that the Real Housewives franchise has no signs of slowing down. New seasons of Housewives shows set in Atlanta, Beverly Hills, Miami, New York City, Orange County, Potomac and Salt Lake City will premiere in the 2024-25 season (dates have yet to be announced).

ABC has yet to announce who will become the first-ever golden bachelorette. For months, The Golden Bachelor fans have been discussing which contestants from Gerry Turner’s season they’d like to see lead their own season. While several names have been tossed around, Susan Noles is a popular pick. The dating show contestant might be a bit too busy to look for love on national TV. Noles is dating a man, and she met him in the most interesting place.

ABC executives appear to be dragging their feet when it comes to naming the first-ever golden bachelorette. In March, the network announced that it would produce The Golden Bachelorette but didn’t provide further details. Viewers anxiously await the reveal of the woman who will pick from 20+ eligible bachelors. A beloved former star of Bravo’s Real Housewives of New York is reportedly vying for the coveted role in the upcoming first-ever season of The Golden Bachelorette.
Fans of both shows are buzzing with speculation about the potential reality TV crossover. Could this be the moment that The Bachelor goes outside the franchise for the lead?
Rhony Reboot Renewed For Another Season
The Real Housewives of New York City debuted in 2008 as the second installment of what would be Bravo’s most popular franchise. But after 13 seasons, the entire Rhony cast was replaced with younger stars. Season 14 of the rebooted show premiered in summer 2023 to stellar ratings.
Bravo confirmed last month that the show had been renewed for Season 15 with Sai De Silva, Ubah Hassan, Erin Lichy, Jenna Lyons, Jessel Taank, and Brynn Whitfield all returning.

When Bravo announced that all of the Real Housewives of New York Season 14 ladies would be back for Season 15, it didn’t seem like there was an opportunity to add new cast members.
However, Deadline has reported that Rebecca Minkoff will join the next season’s cast in an undisclosed role.
That means we don’t know whether she’ll be a full-time cast member or a Housewives friend. Producers could decide after seeing what she brings to the table.
There’s also a slight chance that one or two returning cast members—Sai De Silva, Ubah Hassan, Erin Lichy, Jenna Lyons, Jessel Taank, and Brynn Whitfield—could be demoted before the show begins.
Then again, we’ve had eight full-time housewives across the franchise before and could get the same again. Again, it will all come down to how the season shakes out.

Dorinda Medley was once one of the most familiar faces of The Real Housewives of New York City.
Nowadays, the show has forged a new path with an entirely new cast, but Medley believes the recipe for success is mixing up the cast.
In a new interview on Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea podcast, the Rhony alum pitched a special that would find Erin Lichy, Sai De Silva, Jenna Lyons, Jessel Taank, Brynn Whitfield, and Ubah Hassan taking a trip to Bluestone Manor in the Berkshires.
“We should send those new girls up there for a night and see how they fare,” the 59-year-old declared.
Medley wouldn’t want to intimidate the new cast members, so she would ensure that only “a couple” of the legacy cast members were a part of the project.

Is Countess Luann de Lesseps teasing a return to Rhony sometime soon? The rebooted cast has all signed on for Season 15 yet could there be a shakeup along the way that hasn’t been announced? Keep reading for all of the details.
Luann de Lesseps Teases Rhony Return
For thirteen seasons, Countess Luann de Lesseps shared her life with Bravo viewers on Rhony. She started out as a married woman and prided herself on being a Countess. Then, she got divorced and showed herself raising two children, Victoria and Noel. She also found a new man and possibly had a fling with a pirate. By Season 6, she was just a “friend of” but was still very much a part of the cast. Then, her storyline showed her falling in love with Tom D’Agostino in a whirlwind romance. She got engaged, married, and divorced within two seasons with an arrest not far behind.

Leah McSweeney’s camp is speaking out after a plethora of Real Housewives stars publically backed Andy Cohen following her lawsuit against him and Bravo — saying “she won’t let anyone deny her truth.”
The former Real Housewives of New York star claimed in a lawsuit filed earlier this month that Cohen and Bravo had exploited her alcohol problem to secure the show bigger ratings.
McSweeney also claimed that Cohen used cocaine with select cast members and that these individuals had a more favorable edit.

“It was cute,” the mother of three said in response to the question.
Given her delivery of the above sentence, we’re inclined to believe it was shade thrown at the OGs.
Reality TV stars are shady people. And it’s why their shows perform so well: people tune in for the shade of it all.
Kristen Taekman had some words for Erin Lichy

When Bravo announced it would be rebooting The Real Housewives of New York City with a brand-new cast for Season 14, there were plenty of skeptics.
More than the other shows in the never-ending Real Housewives franchise, the New York ladies had the most iconic moments.
Fans tuned in in their droves to watch the women get wasted, argue, and do the same thing the next day.
After 13 seasons, it got exhausting, so change was necessary to keep the show alive. The ratings were diving when Bravo made the call, so many fans were tired of that behavior.
Despite the relative success of The Real Housewives of New York City Season 14, it’s hard not to think about what the dynamic would be like if some Og stars were thrown into the mix.
Something tells us Sonja Morgan and Brynn Whitfield would be a match made in reality TV heaven.

If The Real Housewives of New York Season 15 will be a mix of new and legendary cast members, it would be news to Erin Lichy.
Lichy, who joined the cast of The Real Housewives of New York City Season 14, is speaking out about the recent rumors, and it’s not good news for fans of the Og cast.
While Lichy and new housewives Jenna Lyons, Sai De Silva, Brynn Whitfield, Jessel Taank, and Ubah Hassan brought a different energy to the series, fans were still calling out for OGs like LuAnn de Lesseps, Sonja Morgan, and Dorinda Medley.
With Bravo tight-lipped about what’s happening with the show and filming yet to get underway, the rumor mill went into overdrive with reports that many of the newer cast members are on the chopping block in favor of bringing back some veterans.

The 58-year-old entertainer was performing her “A Very Countess Christmas” sold-out show at 54 Below in New York City on Saturday night (December 23), where she slammed the 53-year-old reality TV alum over her “reality reckoning,” and calling for a reality TV union amid the Hollywood strikes this summer.

“Now back to Bethenny. You know, listen, why bite the hand that feeds you?” she said in a video obtained by Page Six.
