How can people compare this guy to James Bond? He steals from the government, which by the look of his secret lair he doesn't need to, he works completely on luck, and he's evil! You people ought to be ashamed of yourselves!
Anyway, this movie made absolutely no sense to me. From the opening scene I was lost. But, it was a good choice to use this as the final episode for one of the funniest shows ever: MST3K! Speaking of MST3K, fans of the show will recognize the lead character as the same guy who played the villain in MST3K episode 820 'Space Mutiny'. That damned laugh was a dead giveaway!
