Extraordinary soundtrack. Any blues lover would love the music. While the story had a good premise, I question the choice of Ralph Macchio as Eugene. I had a hard time differentiating Eugene from Daniel of The Karate Kid. Joe Seneca's "Blind Man" was equal to Pat Morita's "Mr. Miyagi." Two wonderful actors in similar roles. Macchio seemed genuinely into the part, but he had a hard time selling me on the character
