Well, this is a good movie, but it definitely lacks in some areas. Parts of the story fell down for me. Yet, Jackie Chan is brilliant with his Drunken Boxing.
Everything about the making of this movie is better... Better filming, better prints, better cinematography, and better skill in the martial arts. Even the base story was good. It just had holes you could drive a truck through, and I felt somewhat empty watching the final scene.
Also, while Jackie is definitely improved his fighting skills, he doesn't use the Drunken style as fully as in the first, and that hurts to a bit as well.
It's not a bad movie, it just doesn't live up to the first, but few sequals do. Anyone who watched this and liked it should go get the original Drunken Master. You will be thankful you did.
