A bunch of teens on the run from the law make the mistake of hiding out in hull house, where they are in even more danger, because of Angela the demon. This is by far the worst of the series. Effects are so-so, acting and direction bad for the most part. And in part 1 and 2, Hull House was a rotting mess, but in this one it is in good condition. A few good moments, but they are few and far between. A real disappointment. Avoid it 4 out of 10.
