I feel some people's comments about this film are unfair.I think the pace of this movie suited it's style. Clearly this is not the type of film that people used to the fast pace of films like the fast and the furious would enjoy but does that matter? I thought that the overall image of this film was fantastic. i especially loved the red hallway in the casino. Unfortunatley i came late to the cinema and missed the first quarter of an hour of the film and was therefore a little puzzled at first but i was really impressed by this film. i hadn't read any reviews of the film before i went to see it and i only went to see it because i have promised myself i would become a better film student and make better use of our local Art house cinema. i normally fall asleep during late night showings but this film kept my attention throughout. I recommend this film to anyone who appreciates the esthetics of a film and would like to make themselves watch more films from outside of the U.S.
