Review of Everwood

Everwood (2002–2006)
Everwood - a drama for the family
29 January 2003
Everwood strives for, and regularly achieves, the goal of straddling two generations of audience. On the one hand, several of the teen age characters are designed to appeal to a early teen audience ... particularly young ladies. On the other hand, there are a few adults - primarily Treat Williams, who plays a widower father of one of the teens, who are seen often enough to be considered a draw for adults of a parenting age.

Even though Everwood comes from quite a different philosophy than 7th Heaven, many times I hear fans of 7th Heaven say they also like Everwood.
