This movie is a great example of changing modern issues within the 21st century. These are issues that as we see normal people go through yet we never think it could ever happen in our own families. Well this movie is a prime example of what happens when an issues such as this are confronted.

I do think the way the family broached the issue was strange i mean if my husband/father told me they wanted a sex change I wouldn't have been as calm as the family were. they grinned through the whole movie and acted as if it was not a big deal when it really was. Maybe the movie could have been more morose and melancholy which i would think would fit the situation appropriately
